"So what are we doing here this early?" Yuu asks with a yaw as he sits down in the auditorium, "They; the Board Directors that is, asked all club members and members of councils to come to school today to plan a sort of exhibition for incoming students." Touwa answers simply after handing over a cup of hot coffee, "That wasn't known in the email they sent to everyone." a voice comes from behind, "Tis the information of The Council President." was all Touwa said taking a sip of his hot coco.
"-And that's all the information I have right now. Now welcome Touwa Mioto to answer question." the head Board Director says motioning for Touwa to get up from his seat to walk on stage.
"Kye, what's your question?" he calls into the auditorium, "Uh yes, what exactly will be expected of us?" "Each club is expected to set up an information desk or 'expo' of some kind to show off all of the clubs we have to offer at the school."
"How long will we be expected to stay there, when and where will it take place?" "It will take place two days before school officially starts at 10am and will be held for six and a half hours, ending at 4:30pm."
"What exactly are allowed and not allowed to do?" "Sports related clubs are to be located in the sports sector and are allowed mini showcases or videos if they so wish, the swim club is permitted use of pool 1A, and everyone else, should weather allow, will be held outside on the Boulevard of Wisteria."
"Who's in charge of this event exactly?" "The Student Council is in charge of the event as are the Navian who decide to volunteer their time; as for check in, club leaders will have to send me a list by Friday of who will be able to make the Expo, and I will personally be doing check in so the others have time to do their allotted duties."
"Other things to note is that no one is forced to stay the entire time, it is set up so that club members are able to take shifts if they so wish and there will be food trucks that you all will be able to get one free meal from with a wrist band you get at check in. Please drink water throughout the day and remember to have a good day." Touwa says finishing up the assembly with a bow as he exits stage and everyone leaves.

The meeting took Sunday, about half a month before the Expo starts.

"So where are we headed?" someone asks, "Sumber Arcadia University in the non-magic realm." another replies, "One of the Hunters reports multiple baby elemental spirits on the campus campus." "Baby elementals?" a voice pipes up from teh corner, "There hasn't been baby elementals in ages." "Right. As stated a small group has already been enrolled at the school to look for them." the person says shuffling some papers, "Strangely enough..." the person says trailing off, "Those who are going are Riddle Rosehearts, Lilia Vanrouge, and Malleus Draconia."

"What?" comes a voice that doesn't talk all the much, "Yes Draconia, you are going on this trip...Eminence Serene was rather insistent on this and when we notified your grandmother she insisted that Lilia go as well." the voice says shocking everyone.
Eminence Serene was...something...or rather someone who doesn't meddle much in the matters of the magical realm but has a lot of magical power. They leave the people of the realm to do as they please so to say that they had especially requested that someone go; especially someone as strong as Malleus Draconia, could mean many things. Especially since no one's really sure of what the Eminence Serene actually is.
"I don't know what Eminence Serene wants by requesting you specifically...No one really knows what they want...So I would be careful." the voice says, "So when do we leave?" Riddle asks, "Well, if you want a chance to look around without looking suspicious then I would recommend you be at the school in about two weeks when they're hosting an Expo."

"We're getting three transfers this year." the council secretary says handing over three files, "Riddle Rosehearts, Malleus Draconia, and..." Touwa lists off after he dismisses the secretary but clenches his hands in abject fear, "Lilia Vanrouge."
