       Main character: Erika TushMan

Description: Medium length, raven black hair, long side bangs, very thick. Beige-ish skin, shallow cheeks. (not round) one aquamarine eye and one cyan colored.

Hobbies: Reading, ballet, dance, writing poems, memorizing things like Pi, Morse Code, and the Periodic table.

Back story: Erika has been living with humans all her life, just like Sophie Foster but for a different purpose. The Black Swan had purposely put Erika in an orphanage and was later adopted by Fred and Constance TushMan. The very secretive order had picked up Erika before she was even 1 years old, because her powerful elf parents did not want her, saying that she was a mistake with two different colored eyes. She had one cyan and the other aquamarine. The Black Swan needed another powerful elf in their order to change the Enlightened World, and that's why they found Erika, an elf that had experienced unjust, and unfairness. She was put in the Forbidden Cities, the Black Swan hoping that the Neverseen would recognize her potential and try to recruit her. She was basically bait. Then the entire Black Swan would capture some of the Neverseen, (a group of dangerous, bad people that want change in the world, but are trying to solve it by violence.) but the plan did not go as expected. The Neverseen never came and the Black Swan had to let loving parents adopt Erika for the first eleven years and a couple months of her life not knowing that she was an elf, let alone that elves even existed.

Adoptive Parents: Fred and Constance TushMan

Description: Constance TushMan has blond, wavy hair and pale blue eyes. Medium height, works as a realtor agent. Fred has a balding head, beady green eyes, and is also medium height. He owns a decent metal business that exports and imports scrap metal.

Biological parents: unknown

Erika's ability(ies) : Telepath, Inflictor, Polyglot.

How they were each triggered:

Telepath: When Erika turned 3 years old, right after everyone in her family sang the birthday song, she started hearing voices and thoughts. She thought it was normal, and that everyone must hear voices and thoughts every single day inside her head. She once complained about it, and her parents were astounded and shocked. That's when Erika figured out she wasn't normal. They took her to a psychology doctor and nothing helped. Instead, Erika started hearing the doctor's thoughts inside her head! Soon after, (although Erika didn't know) Mr. Forkle erased the doctor's and her parents' memories about the incident. Erika was stuck with a blaring human radio inside her head for several more years.

Inflictor: When Erika was seven, her parents decided to take her camping to celebrate after she won the Scripps National Spelling Bee. Everything was going fine until Erika and her parents went back to their tent to see a grizzly bear growling at them. Erika had never been frightened so much in her life and some sort of tension started to build up inside her heart. Her panic and fear piled up in her body and she needed to release it. A streak of golden, jagged light struck out of her and almost instantly, the grizzly bear was paralyzed, and knocked unconscious. Luckily, her parents thought it was thunder and pure luck that had saved them. But Erika knew better. It was her and some instinct told her not to tell a single soul. That was the only incident that Mr. Forkle didn't think it was necessary to erase anyone's memories.

Polyglot: Her polyglot ability was triggered when she was nine. Her family had decided to take a week long trip to Russia and learn about its culture, eat its food, and go sightseeing. When they were shopping in Russia, her parents insisted that she get at least one dress from the souvenir shop in Russia. Erika had no interest in dresses and refused. They still dragged her inside the shop and a Russian shopkeeper asked," Miss, would you like to try on a dress?" in native Russian. To the shopkeeper's surprise, Erika responded, "No, thank you." in fluent Russian and perfect pronunciation. Her parents had no idea what she was saying but they did know that she spoke something in Russian. They were half shocked, and half thrilled! When they went back to their hotel room, they asked their daughter to speak Russian again but Erika was puzzled. She had no idea that she spoke Russian. Did she? After everyone fell asleep, Mr. Forkle wiped everyone's memory who was involved in the incident, this time even Erika's. Mr. Forkle thought it was wise that she was not aware of it, just in case she uses it to cause trouble.

Unlike Sophie Foster, Erika was not an experiment and all her abilities are natural. It was a miracle for the elvin world that she had manifested all three abilities before the age of ten, and that she had three! She did not know who her biological parents were, or if they are still alive. Erika did not even know she was an elf until a couple months before she turned 12.

Her dad had left for a long business trip to Asia. Days after that were the award ceremonies at her school. Erika was sad that her dad missed it because he would have been proud. She got second place in her school! Her mom was watching, however, and she was not proud. She was severely disappointed that she lost to first by only 1 point and was furious! After the ceremony, Erika and her mom got into a huge fight. Erika felt that she was not appreciated like a daughter, even though she was adopted. She went for a walk near a park for some fresh air. It was still a little humid in the afternoon because it was California. She sat on the park swing and swung a little, suddenly realizing how tired she was. Then slowly she drifted off to sleep.

She dreamed of a wrinkled, old bloated man who smelled like feet. He was pulling her wrist, trying to get her to come with him somewhere and Erika was fighting, kicking, screaming. Then she accidentally inflicted on him, this time a red light pouring out of her and knocking him out cold. Then she woke up to find herself not on the swings, but inside a dark cave. Erika panicked, and looked around and saw the exact same man from her dreams laying on the ground, unconscious.
