Ok so as you all know I have depression. I was recently diagnosed with adjustment disorder caused by depression. I'm falling draper into depression that I have cuts on my arms now. I'm not eating really maybe one meal which is just a snack. I'm going to take a break with this book so I can hopefully get my life together again and continue to make more chapters.
