Shim Suryeon's POV:
A month later...
I sat at the vanity in my hotel room gazing at my reflection as a makeup artist applied blush to my cheeks with a brush.
Suddenly, I heard the door open. I turned around to see Logan in his tuxedo with a grin on his face. I tutted at him.
"Logan! The groom is not supposed to see the bride until she walks down the aisle, I thought you knew this." I told him.
He walked towards me, transfixed with how beautiful I looked in my wedding dress. "I couldn't help myself, it was torture waiting in the hotel lobby not knowing how my bride was doing," he admitted to me, with a pout.
Having never seen Logan pout before, I laughed. "Okay, okay. I forgive you." I replied.
The makeup artist smiled and rolled her eyes at the scene and then leaned toward me to apply my lipstick. She turned her head towards Logan who was still admiring me from a distance.
"You must go now Mr Lee so I can finish my work on Miss Shim." She told him, then turned to me with a smirk.
"Or should I say Mrs Shim?" The girl remarked.
I chuckled and then turned to Logan. "Go! I'll be there in a few minutes Logan." I promised him.
He nodded with a grin and hurried downstairs to the hotel lobby.
"Men huh? They just don't know when to stop clinging to us like lovesick puppies." She said as she slowly applied lipstick to my mouth with a brush.
I giggled. "Tell me about it," I replied.
"Reminds me of my boyfriend, he once placed his phone on his forehead so he'd never be able to miss my call." My makeup artist told me.
I imagined Logan doing this. "Aww, he sounds so cute. He must really love you." I told her.
She smiled. "Just as much as Mr Lee loves you." She remarked.
Finishing off with a spray of setting spray, I finally stood up from my chair. I admired her work in the vanity mirror.
"You did a beautiful job, thank you so much, Miss Lim." I thanked the makeup artist.
She smiled. "I was only doing my job. Now, you better get to the hotel lobby." She told me.
I nodded. Picking up the skirts of my dress, I hurried to the hotel lobby.
In the hotel lobby...
Shim Suryeon's POV:
Flower arrangments decorated the lobby along with a beautiful ice sculpture of a swan. On the aisle lay pink flower petals which led to a platform where me and Logan would say our vows.
I entered the hotel lobby and walked down the aisle as people gasped in awe at my appearance. I could see Logan smiling from the platform while Seok Hoon played on the piano.
I finally reached the platform and faced Logan. Noting we were ready to say our vows, the priest picked up his book and began to speak. "We are gathered here today with Shim Suryeon and Logan Lee. Do you Logan Lee take Shim Suryeon to be your lawfully wedded wife? And do you Shim Suryeon take Logan Lee to be your lawfully wedded husband?" he asked both of us.
Gazing at Logan with love and affection, I turned to the priest. "I do," I vowed. Gazing back at me with a love-struck expression, Logan faced the priest. "I do." He also vowed.
The priest nodded. "I now pronounce you two husband and wife." He said.
Hearing this, our families rejoiced as we kissed. I could feel my heart soaring out of my chest. Finally, I got my chance to be happy. Min Seol Ah got her wish. And I had Logan.
At the wedding reception...
I stood up on the podium with a microphone in my hand. "Before the party starts, I just want to thank our two beautiful singers for being here today. The primadonna Bae Ro Na and my beautiful daughter Min Seol Ah, who is thankfully alive with us today." I said into the microphone.
"Without further ado, let's dance everybody," I exclaimed into the microphone before placing it back on the microphone stand.
Hand on my waist, Logan twirled me around as we ballroom danced around the venue. The angelic voices of Min Seol Ah and Bae Ro Na echoed around the room.
"I'm so glad I managed to fulfill Min Seol Ah's wish and make you happy. I plan to do that for a very long time." Logan said to me as we danced.
I smiled. "I love you. I'm so glad all the war and revenge is over and we can be together." I admitted to him.
"Me too." He agreed, twirling me around the room once more.
After endless plotting for revenge, tears, and screams the war had finally come to an end. Min Seol Ah was thankfully found alive, Bae Ro Na had become a successful primadonna, and Logan and I finally were happily married.
It's the best ending I could ever wish for.
