I'm almost 100% sure that Phil won't be able to do a trick... so far Phil has fallen on his face 3 times, tripped 7 times and almost fallen off completely twice. "Oof!" Make that 4 for falling on his face. "You okay?" He's prolly not. Phil got up and dusted himself off,I'm surprised he isn't crying right at that moment he started to tear up. Oh shit- "hey- it's ok don't cry skateboarding is not for everyone!" Phil wiped his tears and looked me straight in the eye."no I'm just crying for you because Im gonna get better at skateboarding and beat you at it" his usual smile came back as he said that. Is This kid serious right now? I can always beat him in skateboarding! "Yeah yeah we'll see about that" Phil got right back on the skateboard *sigh*

To my surprise he was a lot better at learning tricks than actually skateboarding. He actually learned how to do a kick flip, of course I'm still better and everything but he's like 4 so it's impressive! Wait.. HES 4?! the realization hit me, so not only did I make a 4 year old addicted to hurting himself, but I also just taught him how to skateboard. That's not all ether! I also just realized I have no fucking friends, I'm a social loser who's best friend is a 4 year old. Well I guess it's more of the other kids 'near my age' not liking me. Im also pretty sure that emma said he had a high score for a 4 year old, should I try to socialize? I mean, my only friend here is Phil and I guess emma cause I saved her and everything but still. Maybe later (I will 100% forget to socalize but it's not like anyone can tell me anything about it)

Oh I forgot I was supposed to eat dinner, good thing I just remembered thanks to my starving stomach it's not like the food will fill me up anyway, it's basically just a small animal for everyone. I sat down with everyone else am I getting to comfy here? Hmm.. Nah I looked at the food yucky right before I was going to eat Isabella said something. "Children before we eat, i would love to say, Norman's getting adopted!" I thought you adopted them after all, you literally took me from behind a car? Tractor? Cart? I don't even know what that thing was! Emma looked horrified, then it hit me, what if getting 'adopted' is just whatever 'harvesting' is the moment I thought that I'll be honest, I broke the fork I was using.

It's just a theory but there are so many indicators that it's true. I got a few looks from the other kids but they were more excited that Norman was getting 'adopted'. If I thought breaking a leg was bad, then this was more than just the last strand.But there was a pattern, something I realized. I haven't seen any kid get 'adopted' but after dinner I looked at their calendar and past calendars I found, each kid was 'adopted' on their birthday. And the amount of birthdays the kids had were 6-12 I only found about 23 calendars. Each time it was 2 months apart, which is weird because it had been more than two months since the last kid named 'conny' and rays birthday was next.

Wait a second, if the maximum age is 12, when the hell am I getting harvested? The older kids obviously knew so why the hell did they not tell me. After all the commotion we went back to actually eating (the gross coyote food called rabbit) don't get me wrong, I have no problem with eating rabbit, but it's the whole rabbit! It looks uncooked and like it was just killed.

The next day was time for Norman to be harvested, Phil was going to play tag with the other kids. Emma and ray had given him the bag of rope and told him something I couldn't hear. I decided to follow him to see what their plan is, when he stopped we were at the wall. Is he going to try to climb it? I mean I can climb it, about like 3 times I went up there because of a panic attack to calm down. I'm pretty sure I zoned out because next thing I know he's running up the wall with the rope connected to the tallest tree. I would've gone up there but he doesn't need to know I can jump up without any problems about it. When he looked down he looked disappointed,I mean if we are meant to me killed then they wouldn't let us escape.

He ran across the edge and i followed him, I already knew what he was doing and I've done it out of pure boredom. He's measuring the angles to see with side is more crossable. I just followed and watched the entire time, turns out, it took a while to do all that and it was now sunset. He found a way to safely get down so I had no reason to follow him anymore, so I just went ahead and got back 10 minutes before he did. As he was walking into view Emma and ray went from confident to angry and sad.

He walked over and hugged them, Isabella still had a smile on her face. They went and got him ready to go out, he had a suit, hat, and suitcase. While they were saying their goodbyes Emma tried to made a distraction using her broken leg but Norman stopped her. Before they had went into a room (again) and I'm guessing he told them what he saw at the cliff and everything. They went back to normal but when Norman left Emma fell to the ground crying. Ray looked both angry and sad but comforted Emma (I think?), he also fell to the ground though.

Okay so I do know Norman was supposed to be shipped the day after Emma broke her leg and I did realize I went to off track from the storyline. Also sorry if I got something about this episode wrong I did not watch the anime while writing due to being in a rush to not have the chapter be to late. This chapter was made throughout different days so some of it might be a sudden change in subject.
