As I rushed down, I heard talking from the living room.

I was not mentally prepared for this.

I walked downstairs slowly and cautiously, there I saw the twins and their mom.

"Come mija, say hello." My mom spoke.

I walked over and hugged their mom, which I had just learned that her name was Simone.

"Thank you so much Simone for agreeing to help us around here. I'm so grateful, truly." My mom said softly.

"It's no problem, I always try to help out wherever I can." She replied, with a sweet German accent.

I hadn't looked at the twins once. Maybe from the corner of my eye, when they weren't looking but I didn't speak to them.

Until..

"Raven, are you going to greet Bill and Tom? Don't be rude." My mom said, OUT LOUD.

Shit this is so embarrassing! She could've tried to at least be a little discreet!!!

I just nodded, and walked over to them both.

Bill's POV 😲😲

I watched her every move, when she walked downstairs, hugged my mother, and now while shes walking over to me, I mean.. us.

She pulled her hand out and I shook it.

"Hi. Thank you for coming here." Her soft, timid voice spoke. Which felt directly into my ear.

I nodded and replied. "It's no problem."

Then she shook Tom's hand, and said the same thing.

But he responded differently.

"You're welcome, wanna come over after school?"

"For what occasion?"

"It's a surprise."

Tom looked at me with a smug look.

Fuck, why would he invite her? We aren't even an official band anyway!

I saw her look at her mom, and she nodded.

"Okay, I'll be there." She softly spoke again.

"Nice, wear something cool." He replied.

It felt like he secretly directed that message towards me.

"You kids better get going now, make sure to show the sweet girl around the school." My mom said, basically pushing all three of us out the door.

"Bye mom!" Raven shouted, I couldn't understand what she said but I didn't ask.

"So did you get your schedule?" I asked the girl.

She nodded, taking a piece of paper out from her back pocket.

"It's right here." She handed me the paper.

She had all her classes with me, and had Tom for PE.

"You're lucky, we have all our classes together. I can help you." I said, in my nicest voice possible.

I saw her eyes light up, and she nodded eagerly.

Back to Ravens POV because she's more interesting

I nodded, feeling happy that I won't be completely lost.

"What about Tom?" I asked nervously. He was walking right in front of us, so I know he heard.
