Because this is just a whole load of fluff - there is not really a summary needed, but because it's still me you get one anyways. : ) Better grow used to it.
Summary: Bad days - happen. Good days - happen. Even in the lives of celebrities and in between all the public appearances, interviews, pap-pictures, shows, the writing and recording and the fan-events. No one could always be happy and everyone knew that the smile on their faces sometimes wasn't more than a façade not to be asked about it by people who knew nothing about their personal lives. And yeah, the questions about their love-life's, current relationships and partners have always been the worst part of it. Questions yet so interesting for everyone out there, but equally uncomfortable and narrowing for Louis and Harry. So they sometimes put on their best smile's, answer every hurting question patiently trying not to be obvious and just get through the whole process. These were the bad days. Today, there were no questions. There was nothing, but their pure love and an unexpected good surprise - Today was a good day.

An upbeat summer song played through the speakers of his phone laying at the kitchen table a few metres away. The sun slowly began to set, bathing the kitchen in a bright orange light through the large window next to him. The pot of homemade sauce, Louis loved so much, simmered quietly and the only thing that interrupted the lovely, evening calm atmosphere was the noodles that Harry poured into the hot water of another pot, whistling to the song. A gust of cold wind came through the large, opened window, finally cooling the room down a little after the warm summer day as small bubbles emerged in the water, fighting their way at the surface, dissolved and caused a light bubbling rounding off the moment.
Smiling Harry turned on a timer for 11 minutes and for a moment he thought about sending his boyfriend a message as well, exclaiming dinner was about to be ready, but the light whisper of a chirping bird caught his attention and let him drop his phone back on the table. Louis had messaged him only minutes ago either way, told him he would be home soon and the annex of a „looking forward to see you!! love u <3" made Harry's lips curl up a little more, while the small sparrow that could just be heard pecked a few of the grains, left over from breakfast from the light-coloured stone floor outside on their terrace.
Harry observed how the petite, nut-brown bird moved and jumped a few times, picked and ate for a few seconds before it apparently either couldn't find more crumbs or simply found something more interesting and eventually rose back up, in the process more and more got surrounded by the light of the sun and with every flap of its wings, it flew higher, thereby got more lost in the by now warm red shining area of the sky until finally it was no longer to be seen. Trying to capture the bird in the light as long as possible, Harry blinked against the sun. One time. Two times.
Then his glance fell back at the terrace. The place where the narrow had just made the remains of the early eating invisible and within seconds he heard the hearty laughter of Louis again.
Considering mentioned man had been supposed to be in the studio at 8 am, they had had to get up early that morning and Harry remembered way too well how he had almost cursed their yesterday set alarm for ringing in time when it had interrupted their sleeping cuddling. The green-eyed's head had been resting on Louis' chest, his right arm had enclosed his boyfriends chest while the other man had had his own right arm protectively laid around Harry's body, holding him close. And what had annoyed Harry so much, had not been that he had had to stand up with him because he hadn't, actually he easily could have turned around, bury his face back in the pillows and take Louis' left scent in. What had annoyed him was the fact he had to let go of his boyfriend, hadn't been able to cuddle him more or longer.
So not listening to Louis' hint of getting some more proper sleep since the break in his tour was just that - a break, and instead making him believe he would, Louis had taken a shower, when the other man actually had sneaked out of bed, putting on a black jogger only and prepared what had been a beautiful surprise to the blue-eyed man. Breakfast. Something that Louis probably would have not eaten at all or on his way to the studio in any other case. So once he had came down, sensing Harry at the table, which was outside under one of the large trees and which now had been stocked with bread rolls, various spreads, eggs and fruit and immediately had had a wide grin drawn on his face, Harry had known - getting up with him had been worth it.
