Daniels pov
after my as what my mom says "date" with Shawn I woke up with a text from Shawn.
Shawn ✌️: good morning beautiful. :)
Daniel 😌: good morning. :)
Shawn ✌️: what you doing later?
Daniel 😌 : nothing gonna chill watching Netflix and eating.
Shawn ✌️: not anymore.
Daniel 😌 : what?
Shawn ✌️: wanna come to the carnival with me?
Daniel 😌 : omg yes!! I love carnivals!!
Shawn ✌️: I know I remembered. ;)
Daniel 😌: alright so when are you picking me up?
Shawn ✌️: 6:00 be ready!! see you soon. :)
I was so excited to be going to the carnival with Shawn after the café and lake with Shawn I've been so happy to have an actual friend.
I started getting read for the carnival with Shawn, I picked a white stripped shirt and dark blue jeans with a flannel around my waist.
I only put on mascara and eyeliner because I didn't want to be those girls that have loads of makeup on their face.
it was now 5:54 I told my mom about going with Shawn and she had the same reaction as from the other "date" with Shawn.
I heard a beep outside and went outside and got in Shawn's car during the ride we were listening to music singing loudly getting looks from people at a stop, and Shawn actually sang really good.
"why didn't you tell me you could sing Shawn you sing really good!!" I asked Shawn.
"oh uh I'm not that good." he blushed.
"please Shawn you have a voice of an angel." I smiled, it was true his voice was angelic.
we arrived at the carnival I looked at it with excitement wanting to get on all the rides. we got off and got our wristbands I was gonna pay but Shawn refused and paid.
"let's go on that ride!!" I pointed at a ride. he laughed and went with me to the ride the line was pretty short so we didn't wait that long.

we got on almost all the rides except the Ferris wheel. we were walking to the Ferris wheel and waited in line.
we got on the Ferris wheel and started going up. we stopped at the very top where we saw a beautiful view of the city lights.
"it's so beautiful up here." I smiled looking at the city.
"not as beautiful as you." he winked at me. I looked down blushing.
"hey remember I said don't look down when you blush, you look really adorable don't do that." he picked up my head and looked at me smiling. he then reached for my hand and interlocked our hands.
I looked at our hands smiling and looked up at Shawn who was already looking at me smiling. we stayed like that for about 3 minutes until the ride started moving down.
we got off and started leaving the carnival. he drove me home and I went inside got ready for bed and again as the other night with Shawn just thinking about him.
I was remembering when we held hands it made flips in my stomach our hands fit perfectly together. I soon fell asleep with Shawn on my mind.

I woke up the next morning with a text from Shawn as the other morning.
Shawn ✌️: I had a great time last night with you I can't wait till we hang out again like that. :)
Daniel 😌: me too we need to hang out like that more.
Shawn ✌️: yeah. so whatcha doing??
Daniel 😌: nothing just woke up wby?
Shawn ✌️: can I go over? pleaseeeee
Daniel 😌: alright see you soon loser.
Shawn ✌️: I ain't no loser!! you're the loser here.
Daniel 😌: whatever no I'm not it's you, loser. come over already!
I told my mom and she said okay to Shawn coming. I brushed my teeth and put my hair in a messy bun.
*ding dong* I went downstairs and opened the door to smiling Shawn and let him in.
we hung out watched Netflix and stuff.
he always gave me those butterflies in my stomach I don't really know but I think I'm starting to like Shawn.
