The Six Wives (BTS x Namjoon)

Marriage

Namjoon was never one to show his emotions, but right now he felt furious.
(He doesn't know he had two arranged marriages since birth btw)
He stood up and fixed his mother with a piercing glare.
"What do you mean by an arranged marriage?"
"Namjoon please-" "I thought I've made it clear I already know who I want to marry"
His mother stood up and was going to tell him something but was interrupted by his father, who had apparently heard everything.
"I swear to God Namjoon, if you don't sit down, I will hunt down and kill every crab in the kingdom".
Namjoon glared at him but sat down. His mother sighed and sat down next to him.
"Now explain what you mean".
"What we mean is that the neighbouring kingdom have taken 20 children captive and threaten to kill the if we don't handover our kingdom. We had to compromise and marriage was our last option".
Namjoon calmed down slightly after hearing that. Only a monster could be mad when children's lives were at stake.
"And I wasn't even told?" He said.
"We know how rash you can be. And you've clearly shown us. It was this or the deaths of young innocents".
Namjoon sighed at closed his eyes in annoyance.
"And what about the prince I want to marry? Did you think of that?"
His father sat down and poured himself some tea.
"You have two choices. Pick one prince to marry and either see kids die or live with someone you don't love. Or, you could marry them both and face severe consequences later on".
"What kind of severe consequences?"
His father said nothing and continued sipping his tea. Namjoon rolled his eyes but accepted his fate.
"I don't really have a choice, do I? I'll marry them both. I don't care how grave the 'consequences' might be".
Not waiting for a response, he turned around and went upstairs. He missed the knowing smirk on his father's face.
"As I thought", his father murmured.
