The Hart of the Matter

At Heartland Tower:

Back at the infamous Heartland Tower, Kite stood over Hart by his bed watching the frail and sickly little blue-haired boy, who was still in his comatose state after the whole kidnapping and ritual situation, a while back.

"The time has come, Hart." Kite softly said. "I made it through to the semifinals, it won't be long now til I colle...." before Kite could say anything else, he was interrupted by a sharp, intense pain coursing through his body. This was before he falls on his knees, gripping the side of the bed, grunting in pain

"Mas..Master Kite!" Orbital panicking exclaimed as he rush over, concerned about the state that the Number Hunter was in. "Please, you can't continue collecting Numbers, if you do, I'm afraid...." before Orbital could say anything else, he was interrupted by Kite.

"I not gonna stop until I've made Vetrix pay for what he's done, got that!?" The Number Hunter said as he  vow to defeat Vetrix once and for all.

At the Duel Coaster Stadium:

"In our first semi-final duel, the winner was an unexpected one....the underdog, Yuma Tsukumo!" Mr.Heartland announced to his audience. "Next, he will face the Princess of Games herself, Sakura Muto! The daughter and Protégé of the King of Games himself.....Yugi Muto!"

Meanwhile, in the busy crowd let out a wild, energetic cry of happiness. Located in the crowd, Yuma's and Sakura's friends and family was all cheering for both of them.

"Keep it up, Yuma!" Bronk exclaimed

"You got this, Baby Dragon!" Joey happily exclaimed as both he, Serenity, Tristan and Mai wall all cheering for Sakura

"Yay!" Cathy happily cheered

"Go on Sakura, crush your opponent!" Seto happily exclaimed as Mobuka shot him a look.

"And there you go..." Yugi quietly mutter underneath his breath, before he and Tèa both share a worried look between them.

"All right!" Tori cheered on for both of her friends

"The winner of Yuma and Sakura duel will take on the winner of the upcoming semi-final duel. Now let's meet the two who will fight in our next face-off!" Mr.Heartland announced to the crowd, before he carried on with announcing the first duelist of the semi-final. "With a patch shrouded in mystery, not much is known about him, expect that his dueling skills leave the competition speechless. Give it up for the mask duelist marvel....Vetrix!" The Mayor of Heartland City added on as Vetrix made his grand entrance as anyone cheer on for him.

Now, it was time to announce the next duelist to take the centre stage.

"And ready to face him....a remarkable young man, said to have never lost a match in his life. Put your hands together for....Kite Tenjo!"

"Hart and I are counting on you, don't let us down Kite, you do want to help your little brother, don't you?" Mr.Heartland sinisterly thought to himself as he hope that Kite will be able to take down Vetrix.

Inside the Tunnel:

Meanwhile, Kite (along with Orbital at his side) was seen walking down the hallway towards the area. This was before a familiar voice call out to him
