Third-person POV:
Kevin and Rome were sitting in silence for five minutes just staring at each other.
"...."
"So?" Rome asked.
"You know what you did," Kevin said.
"I did a lot of things, Which one are you talking about?" Rome questioned.
"You signed me up for a fucking meeting across seas," Kevin gritted.
"Yes, I did. Do you think your just supposed to talk to people over the phone?" Rome asked.
"You got to meet them personally," Rome added.
"Yeah I'm not doing this dumb shit," Kevin said while getting up.
"Sit your ass down," Rome gritted.
Kevin took a deep breath and sat back and looked at Rome.
"Ever since you were little I would spoil you, I favored you. Your mother told me to stop but I didn't know how to," Rome explained.
"I spoiled you too much, now you became nothing, You always think you can get your way," Rome added.
"So you start favoring Marcus causing he's doing better than me?" Kevin asked.
"I don't favor anybody, you both are my sons," Rome said.
Kevin couldn't say anything back because his father was right, Rome had been spoiling Kevin too much.
"Your right, I'll go overseas and I'll take care of the company," Kevin sighed.
Kevin got up and left the office, "I really hate this shit, I want to see Andrew." Kevin thought to himself
"Kevin?" A voice from a distance called.
"Mom?" Kevin questioned.
Kevin looked to the right to see the most gorgeous woman he ever knew, his mother.
"Hi, mom!" Kevin smiled.
"Hi baby," Julia smiled back.
"What are you doing here?" Julia asked.
"Dad is sending me overseas for a business meeting," Kevin said.
"Aw, poor baby. Your too young for that." Julia coaxed.
Kevin smiled at her, "Did you get your nails done? They're very pretty." Kevin complimented.
"You're the only one that noticed, thank you." Julia chuckled.
"Well, I have to get going, I'll see you later Kevin," Julia said then hugged Kevin.
"Hey, Mom, call me sometimes okay?" Kevin said.
