I don't own Naruto.

He looked over at the woman across the courtroom from him, the younger blonde man not knowing why he was truly there, but he was holding her hand for moral support. He scoffed internally and rolled his eyes. The poor man had no idea what insanity he had gotten himself in. He looked down at the pictures before him and swallowed softly. His bike had been utterly destroyed because of her actions. It was in pieces and the pictures brought that burn back to him once more.

He reached up and rubbed his shoulder softly, hoping the scraping feeling would go away. He wished Hinata could be here, but she was sleeping for work and had no idea he was even suffering in court already. It had been three days since he had last seen her and he was feeling miserable inside, ornery even. Tobirama looked up to the seat beside the judge and knew that Mei had made a mistake bringing Madara onto the stand as her witness, it was going to backfire substantially for her, and she didn't even realize it yet.

The man looked over to him and made this known with his eyes alone. He knew this was all a farce and that Mei had nothing against him. She wasn't injured in the crash as far as any of them knew but he was and that was the issue at hand. "Mr. Senju, do you have any paperwork or images confirming that you were the only one injured?" the judge asked, and he nodded as he handed the court officer both pictures and medical assessments from the Emts that processed him on scene.

The officer handed all of these things to the judge and the judge peered over the rim of his glasses at them. There were pictures of his injuries in there and pictures of her proving there were no physical injuries. The judge then scanned over the occupants of the room. He sighed and looked towards Madara. "And you can give an account of the things that occurred that night?" he asked and Madara nodded. Madara opened his mouth to speak, but Mei called out to the judge. "Your honor, I don't think his input will be necessary. I think he is just going to add bias to the court." she said and Tobirama rolled his eyes.

Of course, Madara's testimony was going to add bias, because she had cheated on him with the man. "That may be, but I still desire to hear his input." the judge said, and Mei sighed as her shoulders slumped. Madara reached into the file before him and offered a stack of police reports to the judge as well as prior court rulings determining them not at fault. He also dug around deeper into the file and pulled out copies of text messages that referred to Mei telling him she was going to crash that stupid bike one day.

The judge read these texts aloud and Mei seemed to be panicking in her place. "So... I see you have plotted on crashing the bike before, and so you fully had the intent to do so when the crash happened. Mr. Uchiha, can you recount that night for me?" the judge asked and Madara nodded. "Your honor, that night I had been intimate with Ms. Terumi, and she left my house in a panic. She knew that her boyfriend, the defendant, was going to be upset with her when he found out. The next thing I know I'm getting a call from her saying she had been in a wreck and that she was on the way to the hospital." he said, and the judge listened intently as he continued to share his side of the story.

"I admit I had no interest in meeting her at the hospital, because I had already figured out what happened when she said she was going to break things off with him on the way home. I had no desire to get in the middle of this mess until now." Madara sighed and the judge raised a brow. "What changed, might I ask?" the judge inquired, and he sighed once more. "Well, seeing as she has been stirring up trouble for my friends and I for years. I can't stand by and allow this to keep happening." Madara said and Mei sneered at him and opened her mouth to refute his statement, but the judge shot her a look, silencing her.

"You'll get your turn Ms. Terumi, please be patient." he said, and she nodded. Tobirama was amused with the whole situation, it seemed that the judge was already more inclined to listen to them rather than her. After Madara had finished his testimony, he nodded to the judge and stepped down from the seat beside the judge. He made his way to Tobirama's side and sat down, nodding to him in reassurance.
