•Sarah POV

My head pounded as I sat up in bed. I rubbed my eyes and looked around the room. Wherever I was, it wasn't my room. Jace then came out of the bathroom. I was in his room. Luckily, I was still clothed, sort of, so I knew nothing had happened.

"Hey," he smiled and sat next to me.

"What the hell happened?" I laid back down on the bed.

"We got drunk, everyone did."

"Now I don't want to know what happened." I stood and stretched. My head still pounded and the light hurt my eyes.

"Um, Sarah?"

"Yeah?"

"You don't have on any pants." I could hear the smile in his voice. I looked down to see that I was in an over sized sweat shirt and underwear. That was all I had on.

"Well, that's a little embarrassing." I had officially humiliated myself in front of him. I only shook my head and left. Once I was in the safety of my room, I showered and changed. Then I went to Evan's room to find out what had happened.

"Give me a second!" He screamed.

"Evan it's only me, open up!" He finally opened up. He was only in his boxers. I looked behind him and saw clothes littered on the floor. Then I saw Claire in his bed, naked.

"I can explain!" He started but I held up my hand.

"I told you to talk to her, not do her!" I shook my head and walked off. I went through the tower and didn't see a soul. I assumed that everyone was asleep. I had all the lights turned off and all the blinds closed. Everything was quiet. I went back to my room and sat on my bed. Then I noticed something. A note was sitting on my nightstand. Meet me on the roof- Jace. I smiled to myself. I changed quickly into some better clothes and headed up to the roof. It was still light outside. I saw him laying on a blanket in the middle of the roof.

"Hey," I sat down next to him when I got over to him.

"Hey, you got my message." He smiled when he saw me. We laid there for a while just watching the sky turn dark.

"I've been thinking." I shifted over to put my head on his shoulder. "What if we can't find them? Our parents? What if they are tortured or, or" I couldn't say the words I was thinking.

"Don't worry. We will find them." We sat up and I rested my head in my hands. "Look at me." He took my hand as I looked at him more clearly. "Sarah, we'll find them." He whispered as he edged in closer to me. The gap between us closed and our lips met. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he laid back down. I climbed on top of him so I rested on his chest. His hands found my waist and I relaxed even more on to him. I ran my fingers through his hair as the kiss intensified. But it didn't go any farther than that. Which I was relived but part of me was a bit disappointed. When we parted, both of us were breathing hard. I smiled at him sheepishly and he smiled back. I flipped on to my back and he wrapped his arms around me. We eventually went back to his room and started to watch a movie.

"You know," I looked up at him, "I've had a crush on you for a while now." He laughed and shook his head.

"You and me both." He gave me a quick kiss. We went to sleep with his arm over my waist and our hands intertwined. The door being pounded on woke me up.

"Hey, Jace wake up!" It was Evan.

"Jace, get up." I sat up and shook him awake.

"What?" He groaned sleepily.
