•Evan POV
The next morning I woke up early. I was going to meet Jace for a quick practice. Claire was still asleep. I got out of bed trying not to wake her. I got dressed and headed down to the training room. No one was there when I walked in. He must of forgotten. I went to his room and knocked.
"Jace!" I called. "Wake up! Did you forget about our practice this morning?" A minute later he came out.
"Hey, sorry, forgot to set my alarm." He looked a bit flustered.
"You ok?" I asked him.
"Yeah great." Even though he said he was fine you could tell something happened. Whether it was good or bad I didn't know. We practiced for a while then headed down to the kitchen. Claire and Sarah were already in there. Sarah was in some shorts and a sports bra. Claire was wearing jeans and a t-shirt. There was so much tension in the room. I had to break the silence.
"How is everybody this morning?" I asked sitting across from Claire. They all started speaking at once. There seemed to be some unspoken secret between the other three.
"What about you Evan?" Sarah sat down next to me.
"I'm good." I nodded. "Did you sleep well?" I asked. She nodded.
"Yeah, you could say that." She stood back up and grabbed a bottle of water out of the fridge. The she grabbed a banana out of the fruit bowl. "I'm going to the training room. See you all later." She left.
"I'm going to take a shower." Jace left too.
"What was all that about?" I asked Claire.
"I don't know." She shrugged. "What do you want to do?" She hopped out of her seat and walked over to me. Her hand cupped my cheek as our lips met. I rested my hands on her hips.
"Oh my god." Bailey was standing at the door.
"Hey Bailey." Claire smiled and waved.
"So you two are together too?" Bailey asked.
"What do you mean by 'too'?" I asked getting up from my seat.
"Pip and Jace are going out, didn't you know?" Claire said. I actually didn't know that. But then I didn't know why Jace wouldn't tell me.
