It all started here in crumble leaves
with a sorrow look
and a gleaming smile
it all started with me and you
and a blank page
to our new beginning
it all took a turn
like flipping through a book
missed a few chapters
but that's alright
because now we here
holding hands
and warm skin
it been going alright
feeling the bless sky under us
it all started with that spot
but it all took to worst
when it first began
we weren't anything
just a pair of strangers
who hanged out
during the weekends
and you brush past me
with a black paint
when you declined all these truths
on what we are
now were are here
during the same sky
under the same tree
that lost of it's leaves
like my love for you
since you kept pushing me away
like the wind that takes every movement away
this all started with me
asking you about things
and you asking me out in between
I should have seen these lonely nights
when you left me out in the open
I should have seen the signs
like the fallen leaves at my feet
it somewhere ended
with me in our same spot
while you're a couple inches away
waiting for someone new
