Kendall's phone rang, waking her up suddenly. She was sure it would be Denver who would apologize profusely and admit that she went home with a man. It was not. It was a call from Oscar.

"Hello?" Oscar said before Kendall could say anything.
"Do you have her? Is she with you?" Kendall shouted, sitting up in bed.
"No... But the gas station across from the bar has some footage we can watch. They said that she is on the footage leaving, but it's hard to tell who she's with."
"I'm on my way. See you there in 10 minutes." Kendall hung up the phone and quickly got dressed. She threw her long blonde hair up into a messy bun and brushed her teeth. Her mouth still tasted like vodka from last night.

She got in her car and drove to the gas station across from the bar. Kendall and Denver frequented that bar in the Summer time. They knew just about everyone who walked through the doors at Fiery Frankie's. She can't believe that the one man they knew nothing about was the one that left with Denver.

The footage didn't show much, and Oscar said they should call the police now. They called the station, and decided to go in instead. They drove together to the police station, but Kendall was frozen in her thoughts the whole way there. Paralyzed by the fear of what could be. Little did she know...

They filed a missing persons report, but it had been less than 12 hours since she went missing, and it was still early in the day. She could be asleep, wrapped up in the bed of a frat boy at this point. Kendall told herself that was the case.
