You got out of the shower, your wet hair was making the floor slippery.

Scaramouche took notice of that.

"Careful, you'll fall." He said.

"I know you don't care, thanks." You replied.

You looked around the room, and Hu Tao was there. You three were partners for the project.

She fell asleep waiting for you, it seems.

You quickly soaked in the water from your hair with a towel, getting on the bed.

"Have you done your part?" You asked.

"No." He replied.

"Idiot." You replied.

"I'm kidding. Of course I've done my part, I'm not reckless like you." He said.

"Watch what you're saying when you're in my parents' property." You said.

"Atleast you acknowledge their riches aren't yours." He said.

Hu Tao woke up then.

"Can you both not argue for once, it's annoying as fuck." She said, in a sleepy voice.

"That's just what we do, get used to it. Scaramouche replied.

"About how you ditched me today, I'm still mad." You said.

"I asked you first." He replied.

"Oh come on, ask Y/n or not, we all know you would go with your lovergirl Lumine anyday." Hu Tao said.

"I don't like her, come on now." Scaramouche said.

"Oh shut up, the way you look at her and talk to her? It's obvious, Scaramouche." Hu Tao replied said.

"I actually don't, seriously." Scaramouche said.

"We'll see. I'll call up Lumine right now and ask her if you like her." She said.

"You can do that, but I don't like her." He said.

"Sure, I believe you." Hu Tao replied.

Hu Tao started calling Lumine, putting the phone on speaker for everyone to hear.

"Hey Hu Tao!" Lumine said.

"Hey Lumine. I wanted to ask you something, if you're comfortable with it." Hu Tao said.

"Ah, sure. Ask away." Lumine said.

"So likeeee, do you like Scaramouche?" Hu Tao asked.

"Um.. he's cute, yeah I do." Lumine responded.

"Do you think he likes you back?" Hu Tao asked.

"Hey guys, I'm gonna go use the bathroom right quick." You said, excusing yourself from the room.

"Fuck, fuck, fuck." You thought to yourself.

You went to your balcony up a few floors, and locked the door which was the way to it.
