"Huh," You mumbled to yourself as you started walking downstairs.
You knew that an announcement to go to the office was never good, and something must've happened.
Scaramouche followed behind you, confused aswell.
You saw Lumine standing next to Keqing, The Principal and other high rank members of The Student Council Member.
"Well, Y/n, can I talk to you?" Keqing mumbled, as she went near you.
"Sure.." You replied back, feeling confused.
She dragged you to the side.
"What happened?" You questioned.
"Well... Lumine pitched in some ideas to The Principal, and the principal wants to replace your role in the council.. temporarily, with Lumine." Keqing said, looking down at the floor.
You remained quiet. You knew something you worked hard for, was being taken, by the girl you most envied. The Perfect Girl.
"Oh.. that's alright. Can I leave? I don't want to be embarrassed, infront of everyone." You requested, a few tears escaping your eyes.
"Sure. I'll inform the principal you just felt sick. Again, I'm so sorry." Keqing spoke, patting your back.
"It's fine." You muttered, as you wiped your face with a handkerchief and rushed down to the ground floor, as you went to your secret spot in the field, again.
[ Scaramouche's Pov ]
Keqing called Y/n over, for some reason, and as I looked at her,
Her bright smile, faded.
It looked as if.. her happiness, was stolen from her.
"I am very happy to announce that Lumine has taken Y/n's place temporarily to help with certain stuff!" The principal spoke, as all students started clapping.
Y/n's badge, which she took off her sweater, and gave to Keqing,
was now being pinned to Lumine's sweater.
Lumine's face broke into a bright smile,
Yet I couldn't feel happy for her.
I only felt the pain of Y/n.
As everyone left,
Lumine came and hugged me.
"Scara! Are you proud of me?" She asked, waiting for a 'yes.'
I could only nod in response.
