Second Chance

My baby

Sofia and i jumped on a quick FaceTime call with Clara. She said that she had some good news for us.

"This is going to be a short meeting" 

"Ok" 

She pulled out a few papers while on the face time call before speaking

"I have been organizing a mini tour for you guys" 

We instantly started smiling when she said that. It was am amazing feeling to know that we weren't always going to be in the studio or doing a bunch of promo videos in the studio and that we could finally go back on tour even if it was a small one.

"The first show is in Belgium" 

My face lit up when I heard her say that and it was very evident that it had lit up a little brighter than expected cause Sofia had to nudge from how much I was smiling from all the excitement.

"I will send over all the details"

"Thanks"

She said bye to us then ended the call. I looked towards Sofia and started smiling. She knew what all of this new information had meant. It meant that I could see Oscar which I didn't actually realize how happy it made me till Sofia told me how big my smile was.

Sound Records Studio 

We were done recording all the songs for the album and had to finish the cover art that was meant for it. While doing that I had asked Clara if me and Sofia could go to Belgium early. She was hesitant at first, partly because she definitely knew that I was going to see Oscar but eventually said yes. I booked the tickets and we decided on the cover art.

Friday 

We were on the way to Belgium. I already told Oscar that I was coming to avoid any surprises. As happy as I was to see him, I still had to tiptoe around certain things. We landed and immediately went to our hotel to check in. I took another shower before we had to leave for our photoshoot. Clara had taken the opportunity to make our photoshoot for the album cover in Belgium. 

The theme of the photoshoot was black and white. I opened my suitcase to take out the black two piece pants suit. I put my watch on and put on a gold a necklace with white sneakers. Sofia wore a two piece suit that was white that consisted of wide leg pants and a Blazer. She put on a gold necklace on and we headed to the Exposure Shot Studio. 

While we were in the car I had this weird feeling.i had never really wore anything that didn't have a little bit of red in it. It became a part of me. Something that others would just see as a color , I saw as something that made me feel confident and fierce. I tried to shake the feeling off because I was still happy with everything that had be happening for me recently.

When we got there we were greeted by he photographer Marc who explained how the photoshoot was going to work then we were led by the two makeup artists, Jules and Anne who did our make up for the shoot.
