Steal the show

Thursday 

Arena 5 

We were about to do a sound check for the first show of the mining tour. I got my in-ears and my mic and walked out of the green room and to the stage to find that Sofia was already there. 

We sat for about five minutes waiting for Lorenzo our sound engineer to set up the sound system so that we could start. The system was ready and we started singing our first song 'Amore Proibito' 

After an hour, our engineer decided to give us a break. I grabbed my water bottle and went to sit next to Sofia who was sitting on the edge of the stage. 

"Viene la tua famiglia?"

(Is your family coming?)

 "No, viene solo Luca. E tu?"

(No Luca is the only one coming. What about you?)

"Viene mia sorella"

(My sister is coming)

"Almeno Luca e Chiara non saranno soli"

(At least Luca nad Chiara won't be alone)

"Sì"

(Yeah)

"Ragazzi, la vostra pausa è finita"

(Guys your break is over)

We both get from the edge of the stage and walk back to the mic stand to finish sound check.

We left the arena because sound check was over.  We were supposed to be back here in two hours so we went back to our hotel to relax before we had to get ready for the show.

After a while we decided to get up and take a shower. I wore a black skirt with with a red top , a cropped leather jacket that was also black with my black boots and my gold watch. Sofia wore a short leather jacket with a white tennis skirt, black boots and a yellow top with a gold necklace.

We got to the venue 30 minutes before we were supposed to be on stage. We went to the green room to wait before we got our five minute call to be on stage. One of the security guards for the show came to tell us that there was people who wanted to talk to us. We were confused but told him to let them in.

We heard footsteps then both looked up to see Oscar and Lando standing at the door of the green room. I saw Oscar looking at me and smiled at him when he said this

"I told you the most beautiful girls were here"

We got up from the couch and and I went up to Oscar who greeted me with a kiss. Lando and Sofia went to sit on the couch when Oscar put his arm around me. 

"What are you guys doing here?"

"We weren't going to miss you performing"

"That's so sweet"

We hangout in the green room until Clara came into the green room to tell us that we had to go on stage. We all left the green room and started walking towards the stage while Lando and Oscar went to find thier seats. We did our chant then went on stage to hear the screams of the fans in Belgium.

It's halfway through the show. Since the album was coming out soon we were given the chance to sing one of the songs from the album. We had gotten chairs that looked like the ones that you would find in a bar from our management. We got our mic stands from the side of the stage and put them in front of the chairs then sat down 

"So as you guys know, our album is coming out"

The fans began to scream so loud that it was like the stadium was shaking. 

"We decided to give you guys a snipet of one our songs 'Summer of 03' "

They all began to scream again and Lorenzo cued the song for us to begin singing. The song started playing and we got ready to sing.
