The next day at 5:00pm we were called back to the attraction. It's a new start. We all got into position and the door opened. One girl walked in. Simple, right? She wandered into the security room and I pulled my usual cards from the deck. "What are you doing here?" she just stood and stared at me with a blank expression.

"I'm not here to play games. Get out the way and pass me the walkie-talkie." my jaw dropped. How did she know. I could still hear the others laughing and joking about the circumstances. I did as she said. "stay with me." She began to walk away and out the room. I put my hand on a knife ready to throw, but she turned holding a gun.

"OK, OK, you got me. I'm in the dark oath. What are you doing in here with that?"

"Well I am against one of the most talented group of killers."

"really, I wouldn't say that." she looked at me surprised and pointed the gun at my head as I pointed the knife at her throat. "go on then!" Felix was stood at the entrance of the security room holding his gun at her.

"Are we meant to be in the wild west?" I razed the question. I don't usually joke but in a situation like this I have to, to stop myself braking down. She then pointed the gun at Felix.

"go now!"

"what?!" I panicked and slid my knife into her neck multiple times but it was two late she had shot. I screamed as the bullet skimmed my cheek taking a bite at my skin. No-face ran in with Jeff and put pressure on the wound as I fell to the ground. The feeling of falling is becoming uncomfortably familiar.

I woke up in my bed with stitches in my cheek and growled with the pain. No-face walks in "she's no where to be seen!"

"That means she's gone through with it."

"Gone through with what?" I asked.

"Mute girl has gone to the police." how? There's no way out unless she went through the entrance doors.

"how can you tell?" Jeff inquired. I looked down at my belt. The map. If she still has her walkie-talkie on we can hear and see where she is on the map. I could see her dot. She was indeed in the police station.

"look at your maps!" they all did as I told them to. "we need to get out now." I could hear the sirens of the distant cars. We all abscond from the building by going out the entrance into the horror attraction.

Helicopters flew over us like birds. What was I running from, myself or them? They followed close behind me; treading the same land. We were so close to freedom now but so close to death.
