The next time I woke up, I was not in the warehouse or the chair, but a bed with a cosy cotton blanket covering my lower torso. My clothes were folded neatly at the foot of my bed and a sandwich was plated to my side on an oak wood coffee table. I went to reach for it but soon got stopped by a masked figure in the corner occupied by shadows, "I wouldn't,"

"Why not?" I inquired,

"Look at yourself." I did as he said and looked in the mirror that was opposite me. I was coated in little pinpricks and holes that must have been from the medical equipment. A tiny screen emerged from within the mirror and the static picture morphed into a grotesque image of the girl.

She was struggling to get loose from one of those chairs, but was failing miserably. "She's going to waste her energy," he murmured. I stayed in the same position, eyes turned to stone, unable to move them away. Another figure sauntered onto the 'set' with what looked to be a knife. The man in the corner chuckled at his appearance. She stopped for a second or two examining her predator and him, his prey. He lifted the knife and before she could move the chair tightened cutting off any blood circulation. He lowed it but not to his side, to her throat. My expression changed from curious to frightened, not for myself but for her. With one steady, quick slash he opened her mid

their spell.

With one steady, quick slash he opened her mid throat. I covered my mouth to stop myself being sick and looked across the room at the man who was now concentrating on the procedure. Crimson drips splattered as the malicious figure dropped the stainless knife onto the now blood covered floor. He trusted his hand into the depths that was her throat pulling out her vocal cords. Blood flew across the room as the now mangled vocal cords submerged the hand in the same colour that painted the floor. She tried to scream but this just caused more pain. The chair loosened making her body collapse on top of her.

My heart paused so did most the organs in my body. The picture changed to Jeff lying in his bed that was much like mine, but instead of the coffee table he had a life support machine.

"What have you done to him!" my voice took on a ferocious turn that even scared me. He didn't seem surprised.

"He's okay he just didn't take the drug as well as you." I took a deep breath and returned my concentration to Jeff. "You can't stare at him all day." I gave him a glare that I have never given before.

Another man walked in but with no mask and no hood, it was like he didn't care if I had seen him, I glanced back over to other who now had his off and was giving the other a stern look. I studied his face, he had a broad square chin and what looked to be skin melting down wards from his eyes, but when I looked closer they were only just

scars that made it look that way. The other had a distinctive scar running from left top of his face to the right bottom, brown hair and olive skin made his shark like teeth stand out. They both had the same tattoos of 3 spiraled bands around their arm. The top first was a thick and jet black, the second was a thinner and blood red, and the last was a repeat of the first. New face began to talk "Felix, you know what we have to do so am I going to take him or are you?"

"I will." He replied almost instantly. New face then nodded and melted off into the darkness of the corridor.

Sooooo... here I am again.
