"You would not believe what just happened," Sunwoo said to his friends as soon as him and Changmin sit at the table in the cafeteria. "Let me guess, this is about Aera," Hyunjae said.

"Yeah. She is in our class and.." Sunwoo give Changmin a look, giving him a sign to continue for him. "We just talked," Changmin continued.

"Oh correction, we argued,"

"About?" Sangyeon asked, looking very curious. Both Changmin and Sunwoo tell them everything that just happened, not leaving any small details behind.

"and then she has the guts to say I don't give a fuck about y'all like that!" Sunwoo mimicked Aera's tone.

If they want to be honest with their own feelings, both Sunwoo and Changmin 一 and now everyone at the table 一 were hurt by her words.

They knew the friendship ended 7 years ago, but there is a little hope inside that maybe.. she still care about them and maybe, just maybe, they can fix this friendship again.

What happened recently crushed that tiny hope, there is no way they can fix it when Aera made it clear to Changmin and Sunwoo that she did not care about them at all.

The truth about these guys and Aera are, they both, still, still, care for each other.

But their ego is too high to admit that.

Flashback 一 7 years ago

It was October 20, 2015.

Everyday after school, Aera and the boys would hang out at the park near the river. It has always been their spot to talk, play, or just relax and spend their time together there.

But today, it was a little bit different.

There was someone else joining them at the park. The girl is named Park Bora.

A month ago, she was found crying alone in front of a convenience store, and so Aera and the boys approached her to comfort her. They grew closer to each other.

At first, of course Aera does not mind it. In fact, she was happy that she finally has a girl bestfriend to hang out with.

However, a week ago, when Aera and Bora hang out with each other, their conversation were not going well.

"I'm very jealous of you," Bora started the conversation when both of them sit at the swing near the school. "Why is that?" Aera asked, feeling confused.

"You have so many friends to play with, born in a good understanding family, and rich. You have everything," Bora said.

"My friends are your friends too, and maybe i was lucky enough to be born this way?" Aera said, unsure what to respond.

"Can I only have one thing that you have?" Bora asked. "What is it?"

"Your friends,"

Aera chuckled, "Are we all not friends?"

"We are, but i want them for myself. You have everything, it's unfair,"

Aera was shocked, she did not expect Bora to feel this way about her. She thought they were close enough already but instead, Bora was feeling insecure, and jealousy was getting into her, which make her secretly hated Aera.
