You continue to stare at your sister and Stefan as you listen into the rest of their conversation: small talk and general chit chat. Following your bright blue eyes, you gaze upon the new, cute boy to the school. His leather jacket is hung over the back of his chair, making more room for his bulging muscles.
'Y/N, Y/N!' Your name echoes throughout the classroom, everyone snaps their necks back to look at you as the teacher screams your name. 'Uh, I- sorry sir,' you stutter.
[1 hour later]
The bell rings in your ears to indicate the end of chemistry. You gather up your things and make your way out the classroom, following Stefan and Elena. You stop in the hallway.
'I'm gonna go get something from the vending machine, you two coming?' Elena asks, gently. 'Oh no that's fine, Stefan and I will just wait here,' you respond in hope of talking to your twin's dream boy. Elena waves goodbye and leaves.
You turn to Stefan, 'Look I get that you like Elena and Elena likes you but don't you dare hurt her.'
'But she's not the Gilbert I want,' he exclaims.
Your cheeks brighten in colour and heat up rapidly as Stefan slowly strokes the side of the your face: from your forehead, following down to your cheeks and then making his way down to your lips. He places one finger on your lips as you try to speak and leans in. Your lips slowly make contact. His lips were soft and gentle, just like his personality.
Carefully you both release and you lift your head up, looking deep into his deep brown eyes. 'That was,' 'Good.' Stefan cuts you off.
'Look, Elena really likes you and do I but I can't do this to her. She's my sister, I can't do it if she's not happy.'
[later at night: 9:00pm]
Cold breeze drifts through your hair, your lying on your bed in your pj's as you hear a noise behind you. 'Stefan,' you speak softly.
'Y/N.'
'What are you doing here Stefan?'
'I spoke to your sister and she said that this was ok.'
'This?'
'Us Y/N. Be my girlfriend, I want you.'
You shouted 'yes!' and ran into Stefan's arms, kissing him passionately. You're falling for him. The first year you promise not to date anyone and get involved in boy drama and you fall for the new guy. Stefan Salvatore.
[6:00am]
You wake up, lying in Stefan's arms, you look at him with a deep smile thinking about how cute he looks. 'Morning,' he says with his eyes still shut.
'Morning,' you kiss him.
Climbing out of bed, you get ready for school and take a shower. Like the happiest person in the world, you walk out the door with the biggest smile on your face and your new boyfriend following close behind. You both climb into the front of his car and set off for school.
Like a gentlemen, Stefan opens the car door for you when you arrived. 'Why thank you,' he speak as he slowly lifts your hand up to his lips.
Holding hands, you walk into school confidently, winking at Caroline and Matt as you pass by.
You take a second to realise how happy you are: you have the man of your dreams; you, Jeremy and Elena are starting to get over your parents death; you have two amazing best friends and your finally in senior year. Everything is perfect.
