TORI'S POV
Pagbaba namin ng van ay tawang tawa parin kami kaya naman nacucurious mga kapatid at pinsan namin.
"Why what happened?" Kuya Luis curiously asked.
"May umutot ba?" Sabi naman ni kuya San kaya mas lalo kaming natawa.
Time skipped
Naka upo na kaming lahat sa table namin magkatabi kami ni Jules. Andaming videos ang pinapakita nya sa akin. Pinapakitaan ko naman sya ng mga dresses pero hindi sya relate.
I saw how she and El communicate in the car kanina, well Im happy for them. Honestly Im jealous noon pa, they studied in the same school during their elementary days. Though palagi naamn kaming nagbabakasyon d2 sa Ilocos noon every semestral break but syempre sila halos palagi silang magkasama. But they never treated me different palagi nilang pinaparamdam na kasama ako sa trio. I just feel bad for El kasi talagang parang nailayo talaga loob namin sa isat isa. Noong first year nya palang doon ok palang naman but habang tumatagal bigla syang tumatahimic f2f and even in chats.
"Anak what do you want?" Mom asked.
"Umm seafood nalang po siguro mom." I answered and then smiled.
Tinanong naman nila kung anong gusto ni El and she also said seafood, ung buttered daw. Ganun din si Jules.
We started eating and nagkwentuhan.
"El how is it?" Tanong ni tita Imee.
"Its so good tita, I really miss filipino foods." Sambit naman ni El na ngumunguya pa.
"Ano bang pinapakain nila sayo dun?" Tanong naman ni kuya Fonso.
"Umm paulit ulit na baked beans" she said with her eyes wide and giggles. Kaya tumawa rin ang lahat.
"So hows school?" Nakangiting tanong ni dad.
"Um its fine naman po tito a little bit stressing, especially im graduating junior high, but Im handeling naman po." She said and smiled. Pero its pretty obvious for me that shes not fine. Alam kong napansin din ito ni Jules. Mukhang pumayat talaga sya.
"Oh dont pressure urself much ahh" mom said.
"Yes tita" matipid na sagot naman nito.
Sa aming tatlo El is probably the smartest, in terms of acads especially Math and writing. Jules is the sporty one though El became sporty when she went abroad too, Jules is very social too, a very good dancer and shes good in writing too. While me Im the artistic one or maybe the creative, im also good with my acads and in sports I do participate naman. We are all into music, we play multiple instruments, Jules is the best in guitar, El is in piano while me is in violin.
After eating we went home.
EL'S POV
We are already at the family house, I miss this place some of my happiest moments happened here.
"Iyakyat mo na yang maleta ni ni El sa kwarto nilang tatlo" utos ni mama Meldy kay kuya sandro.
"Umm about that po, can I sleep in the guest room nalang po"- utal sambit ko kaya napatingin silang lahat sa akin "Kasi, 1st of all Im feeling under the weather and 2nd I dont want to disturb them because im going to have a zoom meeting with my school mates kaya kaialngan ko rin pong habulin ung UK time." I added.
"Hindi ba dapat u rest especially kararating mo lang kailangan mong matulog" sambit naman ni tita Imee.
"Tita dont worry natulog na ako sa plane." Sabi ko naman at ngumiti.
"Still anak, ur sick." Nag aalalang sambit ni dad.
"Dad last na toh promise" Sabi ko naman at tiningnan sya nang nakangiti. Halata sa kanyang mata ang pag aalala.
Umupo naman kami sa sala nang biglang bumukas ang front door.
"ELOUISE" sigaw ni nanay Ester pagka bukas nya ng main door.
"Nanay Ester" nakangiting Bati ko naman.
She walked towards me so I stood up, and then we hugged each other.
"Balasang kan(Dalaga ka na)" she said so it made me chukled. "Namiss kita" she added and I smiled.
Nanay Ester has been in the family house for a very long time, bata pa lamang kami sya na nag aalala sa aming tatlo lalo na sa amin ni Jules dahil nga nag aral kami d2 sa Ilocos.
We went upstairs with my parents, we are now in their room at agad akong humiga. Tiningnan naman ako ng magulang ko, sila'y nakangiti pero bakas ang pag aalala. I just smiled back.
When I closed my eyes, naramdaman ko na may tumabi sa dalawang side ko.
I opened my eyes and looked at my mom "I love u mommy" I said and hugged her. Napansin ko namang dad hugged both of us.
"Si mommy lang love mo?" Medyo tampong tanong ni dad. Sumagot naman agad si mom.
"Oo ako lang" Sabi nito at bumelat.
I faced dad and sabing "Of course I love both of u" and start staring on the ceiling. I feel really tired kaya mejo hingal ang aking paghinga. Ang dalawang magulang ko ay nakahug sa akin ako nakahiga na nakatingin lang sa kisame.
"Dad?" I asked and looked at him his eyes are closed so is mom.
"Hmm?" He answered with his eyes closed.
"Can I ask a favor?" I said, im quite shy.
"Anything anak" he answered and opened his eyes, which made me smile.
"Pwede po bang Ikaw po magluto ng ulam later" I said while facing and hugging him. He looked at me curiously and chuckled.
"Sure what do u want ba?" He asked while rubbing my hair.
"Adobo dad, I really miss ur adobo, actually I missed all ur luto." I replied while hugging him without looking at him.
"Ok, pero mamaya na, gusto ko muna kayong kahiga." He said and hugged me tighter which made me cough kaya naman ni released nya rin ung pagkakayakap agad.
"U ok?" he asked and laughed while rubbing my back ganun din si mom.
"Yes dad, I will help u cook later" Sabi ko at ngumiti at pumikit na rin.
He smiled and pinched my right cheek.
