It's been two weeks since my pregnancy saga. I'm still pregnant and I hope that something happens to it.

I was now in the bedroom busy packing my stuff in the wardrobe. Khanya was in the kitchen studying and Nakedi was out somewhere.

Lemohang hasn't said a word since he left. I guess he doesn't care. We buried Bra Mike last week and his funeral was touching.

I haven't spoken to MamThuli ever since, but I guess she is still mourning her husband's death.

Phone alert!!

I checked my phone and it was a text from Mbali, my high school friend. She has never spoken to me since high school and now...

Mbali😊: Hey girl, I know you are shocked. We need to catch up, I'm free today. I'll see you in Rose Bank. Here are the details:
Venue: Rose Bank mall
Time: 10 AM
See you there.

I am shocked even though I wanna meet her so bad. It's been months since we last seen each other. I responded with a thumbs up emoji. I started to look for an outfit.

I took bath and got dressed. It was now 9AM. I was wearing a black body suit and blue jeans with black high heels. I had a weave on and my make up was good.

I took my bag that Bra Mike bought me for my birthday, which was a black Louis Vuitton handbag. I put on my Gucci sunglasses that I got from a client when I used to work, literally.

I walked in the kitchen where Kganya was still studying..

Kganya: (shocked) Sesi Lerato, where are you going looking all pretty?

Me: I am going to meet up with an old friend, Mbali.

Kganya: So now you are dressed to kill for her?

Me: Hey wena, Mbali owns a company. I need to look the part. I can't look broke.

Kganya: But Sesi, you are broke.

Me: Mxm. Look, I asked Mam'Thuli if you go and study with Minenhle, she agreed and they will be here...

Car hoot!!

Me: It's them,let's go.

Kganya: Let me fix my hair quickly, please pack my books for me.

Me: Okay, go change quickly.

She ran to the bedroom and I packed her books in her bag. When she was done we walked out to the car. We locked the doors and went in the car where Mam'Thuli and Minenhle were.

IN THE CAR

Minenhle was sitting in the front passenger seat and Ma was driving.

Thuli: Lerato, you never told me that you own Gucci and Louis Vuitton.

Me: It's only these two items I have that are expensive.

Thuli: I guess you come with many surprises.

She started driving out and off we went to Joburg.

She dropped me off at Rose Bank Mall and I walked in. She left with Minenhle and Kganya.

IN THE MALL

I called Mbali and she said I should walk to a restaurant called The Spring.
