The next day in school, as Jewel and I were walking in the hallway, my eyes caught him. He was with his friends, chilling and roaming out of the class, as usual.

"Woah! I need to go!", I exclaimed suddenly. "What? Where?", said Jewel in confusion as my sudden reaction baffled her.

"See there! It's Henry! I need to talk to him!!", I gave my bag to Jewel and asked her to keep it on my bench in the class. I went behind his group which was taking huge steps, making me run to catch up.

"Henry!!! Wait!", I yelled out running behind. He turned to look behind and found the owner of the voice to be me. His expression faded away and his eyes were wide open with a slight blush on his cheek. I stopped in front of him and tried to catch my breath, bent slightly to rest my hands on my knees. "I need.... a mo..moment... to talk... to you...! Would you...mind giving... me a second?", I said still trying to catch my breath and looked over at him.

I saw his face. It was blanked out, expressionless and as red as a warning light! A warning light?! Is it a sign for me?! Holy shit! I have never seen a guy blushing like that. "Uh... Henry? Are you okay?", I asked awkwardly.

"Oh!! Yeah yeah! I'm good. Why were you calling me anyway?", he asked me politely. "We need to talk!", I said taking his right hand and dragging him towards somewhere more silent.

We were in the piano room. Pin-drop silence wasn't something I wanted but never mind. This is once and for all, I'll tell him everything that I have decided. "Why are we here?", he asked me analyzing the situation in which I put him.

"I didn't find any other silent place where we could talk. So, shall I?", I asked sincerely hoping for the best.

"Yeah, sure. What is it?"

"So, it's about our play", I mentioned, and his facial expression dropped in disappointment. I knew that he didn't want to talk about it but still, I continued for the sake of our drama play. "See Henry, I got to know that there's been a rumour spreading around and it says that you are crushing on me." His expression turned shocked and nervous, but still, he was tongue-tied and not a word out of him. So, I continued, "So, my question here is, do you really have a crush on me? Is that true?"

"No! That's a rumour! It's not true!", he said trying to sound real dismissing the topic already, but he didn't know it was Lucas who told me, and I know the truth. I knew he was lying, and I even knew how to make him accept the truth.

"Oh? You're sure, right?", I said taking a step closer to him with my hands locked behind my back and staring right into his eyes that flicked with anxiety, fear and dishonesty.

"Yes... It's no... not t... true", he stammered while trying to cut the eye contact, but he couldn't.

"Oh! Then it's fine! It's good if you are not lying. Because, if I find out this thing to be true from someone else, then I won't take it easy on you. I'll inform Miss Helen right away! You won't be given any chance then. But I will still give one chance to you right now. If you are lying and tell me the truth now, I won't involve teachers in this. It will be just between us and don't worry I won't blast out with anger or anything like that on you. So, if you're lying you still have time, spit it out! And... if you're sure you are telling the truth, it's good then, problem solved!", I moved step by step closer to him while completing my sentences. I could see his eyes filled with fear, tension and lies. Just spit it up! He was going back step by step with every forward step of mine.

He stops still and finally opens his mouth, "Uhh...well, It's true. I... I like you, Jennie. I'm telling the truth here now. I have had a crush on you for the last two months. Please don't get any teachers involved in this, please! I told you the truth!"
