How I always liked you

It was the most the start of the freshman year when MJ had a liking for Peter before he didn't have his powers and he had glasses on the time

They weren't friends but they happened to first meet when they met at the library after school

It was something that they both had to go to after school

They never actually interacted but MJ managed to spot him there but never said anything cause she was shy so she just went off on her day

For some reason, Peter was someone she observed and found interesting sometimes sketched him too

Even though they never talked much they do not much MJ can't help but have this feeling around him like her heart sort of explodes especially if it's something simple that he does like Peter was something that most guys weren't

Nice charming awkward cute smart even she did find it odd that Peter passed out

Then the next day he had this whole transformation sort of like before he had skinny arms now his arms are all the sudden muscled he magically doesn't wear his glasses anymore he sort of was the same Peter

But he was a lot weirder than he was before he ditched school and magically went missing that kind of stuff what is up with that she wondered

Also how she doesn't know what and how she had this knot whenever he was pinning over liz

I guess she wasn't even surprised Like Liz is pretty she has looks she has friends she was everything she wasnt

She didn't hate liz but she sort of wished Peter looked at her instead of liz I mean at the same time why would she want that

I mean why is she getting worked up over some stupid guy who doesn't know she exists a guy who will never be with her or see her really

But at some point what she didn't know was that after Liz moved away Peter started to have a liking for her

Before the blip when they were friends, not close friends but they were still friends

He liked how she always had a book in her hand and had curly hair in ponytail how he never noticed pretty she was before how scared he was to talk to her

How her jokes always made him laugh despite most of them being dark humor it made him light up hearing his laugh and seeing his smile

How one time MJ caught him staring at her

Peter quickly looked away

While she looked back quietly laughing to herself as Ned noticed this and was just rolling his eyes

Dude you know literally everyone knows Michelle likes you Ned said annoyed with Peter doubting it

What are you talking about she hates me Peter said shocked

Ugh for a genius you're an idiot when it comes to girls Ned said annoyed

Really uh I mean part of me just isn't sure I mean sometimes I catch her looking at me Peter said confused

Yeah because she likes you Ned said annoyed

Sometimes he notices her curly hair covering her face and how even she dresses like herself Peter admires it admires her like his feelings for her are stronger than it was for liz

Because it was just a crush he got over with MJ it's more than that like everything she does he loves

Um MJ can I ask you question Peter said nervously

Um sure MJ said trying to focus on her book listening but also keeping the conversation going

Why do always have your hair cover your face Peter said nervously wondering if it was a stupid thing to ask

Um I don't know because it looks cool you know MJ said with a little smile still having her eyes on her book

Well I always thought that Peter said nervously moving her curly hair tucked to her hair showing her face

His touch gave her tingles butterflies in her stomach ugh why is she getting so worked up about him

She was stunned sort of not knowing what to say I mean she shouldn't be she would've always known what to say but somehow she didn't she was speechless

I mean despite him being a nervous mess she always found it quite adorable though sometimes she misses with him and he would hesitate with his sayings trying to fix it and she would just laugh

Which sounds quite mean but it's just how she feels about him

That it looks pretty that way not that you don't look pretty at all I mean that uh I like seeing your face Peter said confidently  then looking away wondering if he said the right thing

MJ couldn't help but feel some kind of shiver like having him compliment her she had a slight tint blush spreading on her face then she was just left speechless again

Um thanks  loser MJ said rolling her eyes a little smile spreading on her face

Your welcome Peter said with relief smile

When they start dating as much the media went over to them and after the whole thing

But one day peter called  Michelle and he was lying down on with Happy's couch

And MJ lying on her bed

I can't believe you had a crush on me for that long and I was so dumb to notice Peter said in surprise laugh

Yeah can't argue with that MJ said laughing with him

Um it's to bad I can't be in school anymore since I'm considered a threat and all Peter said sadly

Yeah um that's bummer my parents still wanted us to break up MJ said sadly

Well I think maybe you should you know maybe you have better chance in getting in after all your life went downhill because you were involved with me Peter said sadly

No that's such bullshit I'm not giving up on us just like that I mean I don't care about any of that going on my parents the media what people are saying about us okay we're in this together my life was a lot better with you in it despite your scandal you have MJ said with a smile

Ugh wrap it up you two I need my eight hours I don't know how many times I Have to say this we get it you love each other Happy said annoyed

Oh right sorry happy night MJ see you after school tomorrow Peter said with a smile

Yeah you too night Peter MJ said happily
