Adulthood

They never thought this day would come not even a little of it 

MJ and Peter got married 

They were a year apart and were adults 23 to be exact 

But they didn't have kids yet 

They talked about it but MJ wasn't sure or ready for it 

I mean is it what she wants 

What could go wrong they used Protection but it dosnt mean its always effective 

Since before she had morning sickness she thought she had food poisoning 

But she still wanted make sure she wasn't 

She went to take a test 

Mostly MJ did when she stared at the positive pregnancy test 

It wasn't bad because she was an adult 

But being mom was she ready 

She knows Peter would be a good dad and she has a loving husband so maybe with that it wouldn't be so bad 

Maybe that's what she wants 

So she had the courage when Peter came back home 

Im home Peter said happily as he went up to kiss and hug her 

He quickly noticed her upset expression she had on her face 

Um Peter can we talk MJ said concerned 

Yeah sure Peter said scared by the look she had on her face 

As she sat down on the coach 

Oh no did she think the marriage was too soon or-

Peter um here she said as she patted the couch for him to sit on the couch

Um its just that She said nervously as she signed 

When she mustered up the courage to tell him the truth 

Im pregnant She said then bit her lip as she looked at his face for his response

I know its a lot but i understand if your upset MJ said upset trying to remain strong on this

No its not that i- i mean this great news the best news i ever heard i just cant believe I'm gonna be a dad we were having a baby Peter said happily but at the same time was processing it 

He was crying tears of joy as he heard the news when held her face and kissed her forehead and then her stomach 

Peter: Wait can I feel it

Um yeah sure MJ said happily as he put his head to his ear to feel it beating 

Wait do you know if it's a boy or a girl yet Peter said concerned 

Um no not yet but can you go to the doctors with me to find out MJ said with a smile 

sure Peter said happily as he kissed her lips 

 are you ready to be a mom Peter said concerned 

Yeah I'm just worried i won't be a good mom you know MJ said nervously 

you'll be a great mom I know it Peter said happily as he kissed her again 

They shared a passionate kiss in celebration of the start of their adulthood
