*~Work Day and some other stuff~* Chapter 19

You know how they talk by now

Lunars POV:
I wake up the next morning from my alarm going off. I look up from my hammock to see Star half way off the bed, I giggle. I get up and walk over to our closet which was filled last night by some P+S workers and take out my work uniform. I walk into the bathroom and put it on. I walk back out of the bathroom to see Star lying face flat on the floor "Pft" I laugh at her which wakes her up "W-wha?" She asks looking up at me, and then realises she's on the floor "HAHAHAHAHHA!!" I start laughing my head off while falling into the bed "STOPPPPPP!" She shouts embarrassed as she hides her face with her hair and hat "Haha, right. Anyway, we have to get up now, it's a work day!" I say excited as I help her up off the floor onto the bed "T-thank you" She says politely "No problem now, go get your work uniform on. Suns gonna be here any minute to check in on us" I say sitting on the bed, watching Star get her work uniform from her closet and walking into the bathroom. Then I hear a knock on the door "Come in!" I say happily. The door opens to reveal Sun behind it "Hi Lunar, just wanted to let you and Star know we're opening in 10 minutes" He says "Okie doki" I say as I kick my legs "Where's Moon?" I ask "Moons getting changed so I said I'd use this as an opportunity to tell you guys" "Oh ok" I say as Star walks out of the bathroom "Oh, morning Sun" She says without a single stutter "Morning Star, the daycare opens in now 5 minutes so make sure to be ready" Sun says as he goes to walk out of the room "Hey Sun, can I talk to you, in private?" I ask walking out of the door with him "Sure, we'll be back in a minute Star" He says as we close the door "So, what did you want to talk about?" He asks "I wanted to talk about Star, I know this might seem like I'm judging but, have you noticed the way she stutters?" I ask "No" "Exactly! She only stutters in front of ME, I don't know why, I'm not scary am I?" "I don't think you could be scary if you tried Lunar" "I don't know whether to take that as offensive or not" "Don't" "Ok then, but why is she stuttering then?" "Maybe she naturally stutters?" "But she only stutters when I'M there, so I don't understand" "I'd say leave it and let it play out" "Ok then" I say very confused but agree, then Star opens the door the slightest bit and asks "Are you guys finished talking yet?" "Yeah we are" I say "O-Ok". I look at Sun with a 'SEE' face and he actually agrees that something isn't right. Star walks out but trips over her own foot and falls, before she hits the ground I catch her by her waist and pull her back up off the ground. She goes red but I'm presuming that's from embarrassment "Here" I say holding her hand in mine as she stands next to me "Just to help you until you get the hang of it" I say smiling at her "T-thank you L-Lunar" She stutters as she looks away, just then we hear a door open and Moons voice "Hi guys, I just got a call from Anna, she says we're closed today because when some kid was sliding down the slide about two minutes ago then the slide fell down into the ballpit and tore the matting we have underneath the balls" He says smiling about this new news "Aww, I was really hoping to start working today" Star says sadly "Don't worry Star, I'd say you'll get to work tomorrow" I say trying to cheer her up "TOMORROW?! I'm sorry Lunar but when the matting underneath the balls is torn they have to empty the WHOLE ballpit, take up ALL the matting, replace it and then put all the balls back in. So it's probably gonna take about a week I'd say" Sun says also smiling and giving Moon a light kiss on the cheek, Star goes red again "Star are you sure you're ok? It's just that you keep going red easily, you might be sick" I ask concerned. She goes even more red, I'm very confused. Then I see Sun give Moon a nudge then giggle "What?" I ask turning to them "Nothing, Sun just told me a joke" Moon says struggling to hold in his laughter "Sure" I say disbelievingly "Come on Star, let's go" I say taking her hand and walking her back into our room. "W-why are we coming b-back in h-here?" She says sounding very flustered "We're coming back in here because i feel Sun and Moon have a "fun" plan for today" I say sounding sarcastic "Y-you make 'fun' sound like it's a bad thing" Star says "Well in our case, it is" I say getting a bunch of blankets from the bed and making a little fort in the corner of the room "I'm confused" "Oh geez, p+s haven't put quote unquote 'slang' in your vocabulary" I say a bit worried as I get even more blankets from me and Stars closets "Can you explain to me what you mean by 'fun' then?" She asks curious, not knowing that there's other ways of having fun than just arts and crafts. "Um, WHY ME?!" I curse at the roof, not wanting to take away Stars innocence. Star sits in the corner of the bed looking afraid "Sorry Star, <sigh> it's just, you're innocent and I want you to keep it" I explain to her "Innocent? Lunar, I don't understand" she says looking even more confused "<sigh> Ok so, 'fun' in words nowadays means, AHHHHHHHH, S-s-sahhh, s-se-sex" I say curling into a ball "W-We can do that?" Star asks looking shocked "Unfortunately we can" "H-how?" She asks confused "We're DAYCARE ATTENDANTS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD" She shouts, then gasps as she realises she kind of just shouted at me "S-sorry, I didn't mean to" She says crawling back into the corner of the bed "No it's ok, it's good to let your feelings out" I say crawling into the corner and giving her a hug. I see a dim red light, light up the room "Stary I'm gonna need you to tell me what's wrong" I say looking up at her as the red light goes from a light red to a dark red as she pulls her hat down over her face "Starlight, you need to tell me what's wrong. You keep going red whenever I look or say your name" I say pulling her hat back up onto her head so I can see her beautiful face-WHAT "Well, u-um- y-you see I-uh" She stutters and covers her face with her hair now "No, let me see your pretty face-I MEAN UH" I run and jump into my hammock and bury my face in pillows and blankets. *WHY DID I SAY THAT AHHHHHHH!? WHAT IS WRONG WITH MEHEHEHE!?* I think to myself as I bury my face even more. It's silent for a few minutes, but then I hear Star getting up and walking over to me "Lv^ær?" I faintly hear Star call my name as I'm buried in blankets and pillows. I take a few blankets off so I can hear her better but not see her "Lunar dear come out" She says softly *WHY DID SHE CALL ME DEAR?!* I think to myself going bright red from it. I feel her take the rest of the blankets and pillows away, I squirm under her seeing me like this "Lunar do you, actually think that?" She asks more softly to try comfort me "Um-m-m-maybe" I say quietly, but she heard it "Well I think you p-pretty too" She says lifting me up and sitting me on the bed next to her "Lunar, I know we've only known eachother two days but, promise me you won't leave when I say this but, I think I l-love you" She says looking away. At that moment i feel a big pang in my heart of something I haven't felt in a long time. "I-it's ok if you want to leave, I would too" She says sadly getting up "N-No wait" I stutter as I go even more red "Lunar dont call me back if you don't feel the same, which I doubt you do. We've only known eachother two days! How could you like me back? I'm a fucking idiot" "STARLIGHT!" I call to her sitting up in my hammock, she turns around with tears in her eyes "C-come here" I say making eye contact. She walks over to me and kneels down to my height "I-I love you" I whisper in her ear. She kneels back looking at me, stunned "Y-you do?" She whispers "Mmm" I hum as I pull her close to me. She wraps her arms around me and lifts me up and sits down on the bed with me in her lap as I blush immensely. I nuzzle my head into her chest to hide my face (Btw Star was not given the yk that girls have. Just said I'd make that clear) "Loony, don't hide your pretty face" She says tilting my head up to look at her. I blush even more at the nickname. Suddenly we hear a weird noise coming from Sun and Moons room "Oh no" I say gravely and scared "Loony, what's that noise?" Star asks weirded out from not hearing that sound before "It sounds like-OKAY Star do you wanna ask p+s for soundproof walls?!" I shout out interrupting her, trying to hear myself over Sun. "Oh Moony~" I hear Sun moan out "H-OKAY! COME ON STAR LETS GO" I say grabbing her hand and walking out of the room up onto the balcony "mOoNy~" "OH MY GOD WILL YOU GUYS QUIETEN DOWN!? YOU'RE VERY LOUD" I shout as I jump off the balcony with Star and landing on the matted floor "Loony are you ok? You sound scared" Star asks concerned. I whine as I pull myself close to her as we walk towards p+s "Loony please" She asks "I-I dont like it w-when Sun and M-Moon do that" I stutter as I pull myself even closer to her "Do what?" She asks "S-s-s-s-No it's ok, I know what you mean now" She finishes for me "Why do Sun and Moon do that?" She asks "T-they think it's f-fun" "Fun?" She asks shocked "Mmm" I hum as we walk through the maintenance tunnels.

Time Skip
They just got back from the maintenance tunnels with the soundproof things

Stars POV:
We just got back from the maintenance tunnels and I had Lunar in my arms. They had fallen asleep while we were waiting for P+S to give us the soundproof things. I fly me and Lunar up to the balcony using Moons wire to realise that Sun and Moon are finished "Well, better soundproof the room now to have it done for next time they do it" I say to myself quietly as I carry Lunar into our room, close the door and lay him down on the bed. I decided I would do the soundproofing myself so Lunar can sleep so I got to work.
After I finish Lunar is still asleep and it's about 1 am. I was about to crawl into bed but then I realised Lunar was still in his work clothes *Do I wake him up or do I change him myself?* I think to myself "Loony dear, would you like to get changed or do you want me to do it?" I ask softly "Youuuuu do ittt" He mumbles half asleep, I blush "Are you sure dear?" I ask just to make sure it's 100% ok "yEaHhhh" He mumbles as he falls back asleep "Ok then..." I say hesitantly. I really don't think it's ok to change your lover that hasn't even confirmed you're dating yet, but he did say I could so I'm gonna have to now. I pick him up and walk him into the bathroom, I sit him up on the sink counter and lean him against the wall while I go grab his pyjamas. When I get back I lock the bathroom door and put Lunars pyjamas on the counter next to him. Then I wrap his arms around my shoulders to give him support as I start to pulls down his pants only to realise he's not wearing boxers *OMG WHY DO YOU NOT WEAR BOXERS LUNAR?!* I scream internally as I see his dick *AHHHHHHHHHHHH* I blush immensely as I pull his pants down the rest of the way so now he only has his top and his hat on. Next I wrap his legs around my waist so that I can take his top off *Should I take your hat off?* I think to myself looking at him *Yeah, he'll get too hot* I think as I take his hat off to realise he has the most beautiful galaxy grey and blue hair. I blush as I see it, then I realise Lunar is literally naked right in front of me "Why are you so sexy?" I ask without realising *SHOOTSHOOTSHOOT WHYYYYY?!* "But Starlight, you're not wrong" I say to myself as I run my fingers through his hair "Don't get distracted!" I whisper sternly to myself. I quickly put his pyjamas on him and put him in the bed as I put my pyjamas on. Once I'm finished I climb into the bed next to him and snuggle down for the night "I love you Loony" I whisper as I brush my fingers through his hair as I drift off to sleep.
