Two months passed by and everything went smoothly with the girls except with Chaeyoung and Mina. At first, the two were fine with their agreed secret relationship but their own family problems slowly affecting them. Mina still hasn't broken up with his boyfriend and is still seeing him whenever he is in Korea. It really hurts Chaeyoung but she can't do anything since Mina wasn't ready. She doesn't want to admit that she's not really in favor of their current situation but she's thinking it's better than nothing at all. She's really jealous whenever Mina and Kenji needs to meet for the sake of their family dinners. Sometimes the girls are invited by Mina's parents to their family dinner and the poor cub can see the things she don't want to see. At the end of the day, Mina will just apologize to her and make up with her with sweet gestures. Mina's feelings to the younger is serious and sincere but she's really afraid of disappointing her parents especially her father if they know their secret relationship. As much as possible, Mina is very careful when her parents are with her. She make sures to distance herself with the younger. This gestures of Mina is being disliked by Momo but Sana  on the other side understands Mina doing what she do for the sake of protecting their secret relationship.

The fact that the group by now already know the relationship between the two. They supported their decision but can't help to feel bad about Chaeyoung especially Tzuyu and Dahyun who've been aware of Chaeyoung's overflowing love towards the older to the point that they are scolding the cub.  There are times that Chaeyoung will not show up even though Mina's parents want to see her because she's feeling guilty and she's deeply hurt. Her father's doings also added to the things that making it hard for the cub. She's still in contact with So Hee but she decided not to tell her worries to the older since she's still undergoing treatment and making her worry is not good for So Hee's health.
From time to time, Chaeyoung is always being called by Jinyoung Park as her father kept on harassing the CEO to terminate her contract. The younger also felt guilty about it and all she can do is to apologize. She knows that sooner or later she needs to see her father again together with Yeonjun. Yeonjun and Chaeyoung are secretly meeting each other. It's not that they have a secret relationship but Momo and Mina doesn't like the idea of her seeing him. It's Yeonjun who knows her situation right now except about her and Mina's relationship.

Jihyo's POV

It's been a two weeks since we started practicing again for our group comeback. Yey! We are really excited to meet our fans again as a whole group.

Ji, did you see the baby cub? Momo asked me.

PD-nim wants to talk to her so I think she's in her office.I answered

About what? Mina butts in.

All I heard is that it's about the rap lyrics in the album songs. It needs to be revised. I explained.

I see. Then, how about you Mitang~? Momo asked Mina.

What about me? Mina asked.

When will you tell your secret relationship with Cub to your parents? Momo seriously asked.

I-I'm trying. Mina answered.

We can see how disappointed Momo is with her answer.

How about when you go home? Three months is already long enough for you. The more you take it longer the more she'll be hurt. Momo pointed out.

Hey. Momoring~ Give Mitang more time. It's not easy to came out with your parents and her parents aren't easy to deal with. Sana defended Mina.

I know but Chaeyoung.. She.. It's just.. nevermind. Momo said not looking to us.

Mina, you know we are family right? I hope you'll not take this personal but I think Momo is right. I know it's hard for you but it's the same to our baby cub. I said.

I know Ji. It's just I'm still building some courage to do it.  Mina reasoned out.

I'm just curious Mitang~ Do you really love our Cub? Momo curiously asked.

Yah! MOMO! What's with the question?! I asked.

I saw Mina's shocked expression with Momo's question.

What? I'm curious too. It's not I'm judging Mitang's decision and I do understand her but they said if you really love the person you'll be brave enough to face the challenges ahead of you. Sana casually said while looking at Mina.

Sana! I called her.

She looked at me seriously then to Mina.

Mitang, this is just a friendly advise. If you don't love Chaeyoung that way I think it's better to let her go because you'll end up hurting each other. Sana sadly said.

Call me selfish but I can't do that. It's not my intention to hurt her. I really love her. Mina said looking at Sana.

I see. We know you won't directly hurt her but we can never tell. Sana uttered.

I hear Momo sigh and saw shook her head.

Hey. What's wrong unnies? Chaeyoung suddenly appeared and ask us worriedly.

Oh! Nothing. How was it? I asked her.

Are you sure? Something wrong Minari? She asked Mina.

Mina just shook her head and smile to her.

What about you? Why PD-nim asked you to his office again? Mina curiously asked.

It's just revisions with the lyrics. Cub said while smiling.

Cub. Dahyun called her while walking towards us.

Are you going somewhere in the next two days? Dubu asked her.

Dubu invited us to their vacation house in Jeju. Wanna join us? Nayeon happily asked.

I'm going to see my Dad. Chaeyoung replied.

Momo's POV

I'm going to see my Dad. Chaeyoung replied.

So, you're going to Spain? Tzuyu asked.

No. America. She said.

What?! Why?? Don't tell me she's going to her biological father? I'm going to talk to her later.

What about you Tzu? Going back to Taiwan? She asked.

Ne~ I'm going back here the day before we resume practice. Tzuyu smiled.

I guess. We will part ways in the next two days huh?! Jeongyeon butts in.

I guess so. Just enjoy your vacation and I think our dance instructor is already here. Let's start practicing so that we can rest early. Jihyo exclaimed.
