The Search

Tom's P.O.V

'Tom I'm getting worried' Leda said, resting her head on my shoulder.

'Why?' I asked her, gently playing with a strand of her faded blue hair.

'I think Jeff and Winter are hiding something from us and that's why they left'

I pulled her onto my lap, 'Yeah I know they're secretive anyways but this is new'

'I really hope they're okay' Leda sniffed.

Bill came running into the living room with a magazine in his hand.

'Guys something's wrong!' He yelled, his eyes wide and full of fear.

'What is it?' I asked, placing Leda back on the couch and standing up.

'Its Jeff, he's killing again'

Leda sprung up the minute she heard this and grabbed the magazine off Bill.

Her eyes flew down the page, her mouth getting wider as she read on.

'Oh my god, Where's Winter how did this happen?' She cried, dropping the magazine and covering her face with her hands.

I got the magazine and read the article.

"The infamous Jeff the Killer is said to be on the loose yet again, a teen girl was been found dead in her bedroom this morning with the words 'Go To Sleep' were wrote on the wall in blood.
Private investigators believe that the so called make believe character is in fact real and is out there waiting for his next victim.
For safety families are being told to lock their doors, windows and gates securely at night to prevent any more killings."

I was speechless, Jeff hadn't killed anyone since the whole Jane incident.

What happened to him?

'What the hell are you screaming about Leda?' Ryuzaki groaned coming into the living room with a frown.

'Jeff is killing again you twit' Bill said to him before turning to me.

'What are we going to do?' He asked.

'We have to find Winter' I replied, 'There's no way she's with him when he's in this mental state'

Bill nodded, 'Where could she be?'

I thought for a few seconds then laughed lightly to myself.

'Well looks like we're going back to California'

'Why?' Leda asked.

'Winter might be in the creepypasta mansion or she might be out looking for Jeff, Slenderman will know where she is'

Bill groaned, 'We moved to Los Angeles to get rid of all this bullcrap not to have more of it'

Ryuzaki pinched Bill's arm, making him yelp and glare at Ryuzaki.

'Bill grow up, we have to find them'

Bill rolled his eyes, 'What about the others' he said, nodding at the stairs.

'Leave them here it's not safe especially since Rose is pregnant' Leda said.

I got out a notepad from the cabinet and wrote a note for the guys saying that we were searching for Winter and to keep themselves safe.

'Right' I said clicking the pen, 'Let's go'

'Let's pray that we won't get killed' Bill said, grabbing his jacket.

'Can't promise that I'm afraid' I joked, grabbing car keys and pushing everyone out the front door.

Winter's P.O.V

'Are you all trying to kill me?' Slender asked as he saw Masky and I trying to make cheesecake.

'Yes Slender it has been my ambition in life to kill you' I replied, rolling my eyes jokingly.

'Very funny' he said, dipping a finger into a bowel of icing we had made for a previous sponge cake that didn't turn out so well.

'Good god is this icing or cement?' He joked staring at his hand.

I laughed and gently slapped his shoulder, 'Any luck with the search?'

'Nope, Hoodie and I have looked all over California, Liu and Toby are looking around in the woods and as for BEN and Silver, they're apparently in Mexico looking for Assassins Creed for BEN!'

Masky stopped breaking up the biscuits and started laughing.

'How the hell did they end up in Mexico?' He asked in between laughs.

'God only knows' Slender sighed.

I looked down at the ground and sighed before looking at Slender.

'What if we never find Jeff? You know what he's like in these moods, he's so high on the feeling of killing that he barely remembers anyone' I said sadly.

'I'll gladly punch the memory back into him' Slender muttered before looking at me, 'We'll find him don't worry'

Masky pat my shoulder and smiled.

'So uh can we finish the cheesecake? I'm about to eat the table'

OH MY GOD IM FINALLY DONE EXAMS HI EVERYONE!

These last 2 weeks have been hectic like honestly I've never been more depressed in my life.

But it's finally summertime and I can just sleep and write and talk to you lovely people and hang with friends and I'm so happy!

I love you all so so so much and don't forget to have an amazing day or night depending where you are and enjoy the next chapters :3
