|Chapter 6| She knows...P3 Finale

While Amethyst wasn't looking, Ruby went to her room. She shut the door and lay on the bed with guilt. As much as she wants to be out of the base and help her comrades, she is already dealing with a problem that she doesn't want them to be involved in.  So many thoughts ran through her mind and it caused her to have a headache, she took off her long-sleeved shirt and tucked in her bed covers. She slowly fell asleep in her bed. 

|Amethyst Littlewind's Pov|

I heard a door close behind me, I turned around and saw that Ruby's door was closed. I'm guessing she was getting tired, which I can't blame her for. But at the same time, a question came into my mind. "What's wrong with Ruby?" I sigh as I walk to the shower room and take a shower. About 20 minutes later, I went to the kitchen and grabbed my favorite candy, strawberry-flavored crystal sticks. While I was eating my candy in my room, I heard yelling and crying in Ruby's room. Without any hesitation, I dashed out of my room and ran to her door. I tried to open the door but only to have my hand being singed in the process. I heard Ember and Flower walk up to me,  with pure worry on their face.

Ember Rose: '"Amethyst, what is going on in Ruby's room?"

Flower Rokisky: "I heard screaming before I was about to go to sleep, and it came from here." 

"I don't know, but whatever it is, we are going to find out," I said while still looking at Ruby's door. I was getting anxious but I couldn't just stand in front of my lover's door, hearing her cries.

I grabbed the door handle, not even caring if my hand was being burnt. I turned the door handle and the door opened successfully. I clenched my hand as I started healing it. When I looked up, my soul and body froze. I felt my heart racing,  my breathing was fast. I saw Ruby wound up in her blood, one of her limbs was showing exposing skin muscles, and her tears were mixed with her blood. But there was something that I had never seen before, there was this shadow person. They were grinning at Ruby, enjoying the sight of her body all bruised, scarred, and almost torn up. My eyes went from shock to enraged as I gained my body strength. 

"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU?!  WHO EVEN ARE YOU?! AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, WHAT THE ABSOLUTE HELL DID YOU DO TO RUBY?!" I shouted at the shadow person, gaining all of its attention. 

???: "Oh..~ You guys must be the non-loyalist spark's teammates..~ What a surprise.~  Ruby, you didn't say that you had a group. I'm ashamed of you.~ "

I looked at Ruby and Ruby looked back at me. I couldn't believe that she would hide this from us, from me...  "Ruby...I...."

Ruby Rae: "I-I...I'll explain to you guys once it leaves..."

As soon as she said that, the shadow person waved goodbye in a sadistic way before vanishing into black smog. All of us ran to Ruby, slowly and gently picking her up. The sight of her wanted me to burst into tears and hold her tight and never let go. But whatever that shadow was, I feel like this is just the beginning of an entirely new situation....
