10. Graduation and a surprise

I can't believe I'm actually here, I'm sitting in the auditorium wearing a cap and gown about to accept my diploma and Bachelor of Science in Nursing. My mom, dad, brother, Colie, and Taylor are here, Taylor has Nick on FaceTime so he can watch me walk across the stage.

"Grace Margaret Vaughn"

I walk across the stage and take my diploma from the Dean of Nursing and shake her hand, she pulls me in for a hug and whispers

"I knew you could do it, congratulations Grace!"

I smile and her and say 'thank you' she helped me immensely in my journey through school and I couldn't be more great full for her and my family. I head back to my seat and see my mom crying and my dad taking pictures, Taylor turns his phone and shows Nick to me, he blows me a kiss on the phone and I smile and blush, T-3 days until I see him again and I couldn't be more excited.

"Grace Margaret Vaughn"

I hear from the back corner of the auditorium, I got lucky and we had no reshoots today, so I quickly called Taylor telling him I was flying in and wanted it to be a surprise, I'm staying until they leave on Monday to come to LA, I'll fly back with them and I couldn't be more happy at the fact I get to see Grace in person again. She looks overjoyed and so happy and I am so fucking proud of her.

The ceremony ends and I run over to Taylor, he hugs me tight and Colie screams when she's sees me, I turn and introduce myself to her parents saying

"Hi Mr. And Mrs. Vaughn I'm Nicholas, I'm Graces boyfriend!"

Her moms eyes light up and she hugs me tight while saying

"Oh my god you came all this way to see her! I'm so happy to finally meet you!!"

We pull apart and her dad shakes my hand when suddenly I hear her.

"NICK!?!?!?"

I turn around and see Grace running towards me I meet her in the middle lifting her up and hugging her tight!

"Oh my god baby I have missed you so damn much!"

I say holding her in my arms, we pull apart and I kiss her finally, I have missed kissing her more than I could have ever thought. We pull away and hug tightly, her mom, dad and brother join in then Colie and Taylor, I let her go and her mom hugs her almost as tightly as I did and I can see Grace is crying from happiness.

We stand talking for about 20 minutes before going to a winery near the college, I haven't let go of Graces hand since we left the college and I couldn't wait to just be alone with her. She's wearing a white form fitting dress, maroon heels, her hair is in a similar curly pony tail to the night we first kissed, her lips are red and I am finding it so hard to not kiss her again but I have to control myself due to her family around us so I settle for her cheek, and I can instantly see the blush rise to her cheeks.

After a few glasses of wine we all say goodnight, Graces mom, dad and brother all hug her tight saying congratulations, Grace turns to me and whispers in my ear.

"Colie is staying with Taylor tonight, wanna head back to my apartment?"

I don't even respond, I just grab her hand and guide her into the Uber we called. The second we get to Graces apartment door I have her up against it my lips on hers while my hands travel all over the body I have missed so fucking much. I lift her up so her legs wrap around my waist, unlocking the door with the key Grace gave me. We stumble into the apartment, I shut the door and slam her against it. Grace moans into my mouth and I feel like I'm on fire, i unzip her dress and pull it down while she pulls my shirt off of me.

I pull her away from the door and take us up to her bedroom, I throw her on the bed and fully removed her dress, she pulls me on top of her by my belt and I think 'oh fuck now she's done it' she unbuttons and unzips my pants while I attack her neck and kick my pants off. I pull her thong off was well as my boxers while Grace grabs a condom from her night stand.

We spend all night showing each other how much we missed each other, then she passes out in my arms and I look her her while she sleeps and whisper to her before falling asleep myself.

"I love you Grace."
