Grace ————- Nick and I have been living in the house for 2 months now and I couldn't be happier with how everything is going, Nick is in London this week finishing up on RWRB2 and I miss him so much but I've been keeping myself busy.
This morning I woke up at 6am to tend to the horses and go for a little ride, I've been going for a ride every morning to explore our 180 acre property and I am in complete awe at what I found today, about a 5 minute ride from our house is a waterfall into a creek!

I stay at the waterfall and send a picture to Nick saying
Grace: I FOUND A WATERFALL AND CREEK ON THE PROPERTY!! COME HOME NOW SO WE CAN GO SWIMMING!!
Nick❤️: NO FUCKING WAY!! One more day sweetheart. One more day.
I smile at the text and ride back home to get ready for work, I throw on my blue scrubs, make a lunch, fill my water and make a coffee then lock the door and head out to head to the hospital. Life couldn't get better than this.
Nick ———- Grace thinks I'm in London finishing up on RWRB2 but in reality I'm picking up her engagement ring. We officially finished filming a week ago but I stayed an extra week so I can pick up her ring.
I met with her dad shortly after we moved in.
*1 month ago*
Grace is at work so this is the perfect time for me to do this. I walk up to her parents house and knock on the door, her dad answers and I say
"Hi Mr. Vaughn I was wondering if I could come in and talk to you for a bit?"
He looks at me and says
"Of course Nick, come on in!"
We sit down and I look around at the photos they have from when Grace and her brother were little, I look at him and say
"Mr. Vaughn I'm so in love with your daughter and I know we haven't been back together long but it feels like I've been with her forever, and I truly want to be. I'm wondering if you would let me ask for your daughters hand in marriage?"
I can see him tearing up and say
"This is my little girl Nick, my baby, my pride in joy. And I have never seen her so happy or in love than she is with you, so of course you have my blessing!"
I get up out of my chair and hug him tight, I say
"I promise you I will take care of her."
He lets a few tears roll down his cheeks, i then hear from behind me
"OMG I GET TO PLAN A WEDDING!?"
Graces mom heard the whole conversation, I laughed at her comment and hugged them both.

Taylor and Colie both flew out telling Grace they were going on a vacation for a week to help me pick up the ring, they got engaged a few weeks ago, Grace and I had helped Taylor with the whole thing
