Member of the Gushiken Paranormal Organisation. Cho is free-spirited, casual and confident. She uses a foldable hand fan that can grow bigger into a Harisen (Giant Paper Fan) as weapon. She often uses it to slap Shirane- another member of the Organisation- whenever the latter tries to flirt with her. She shares a rather uncommon relationship with Agasa Tsudzuri and Yanagi Hakushū.
