Member of the Organisation. His father, Rinshō Tsuge, used to be a member of the Organisation before him, and Ayame inherited his ability. His power is called the Divine Flame. It manifests itself in the form of a greenish fire. He can enchant any weapon with it, but mainly uses three kunai (a Japanese weapon).
