Natsuhiko, just like Ameonna is a rain spirit. He is an Amefurikozō. He carries a red Japanese lantern with him, which allows him to control the rain. He is long to warm up to others but, surprisingly, he feels instant admiration for Tsunan the first time he comes across of the latter, and he is gentle and sweet with Gakkuri.
