//Third person POV//

Kevin had spent the last two months looking for Mikaela. He had spent the last two months in Michigan searching for Mikaela.

"What are you doing in this small waste of a town?" A tall girl with pitched black hair asked Kevin. Kevin was standing outside a bus terminal located in the small town of ColdWater, Michigan.

"I'm looking for somebody" Kevin said and zipped up his black jacket. "Good luck" she said and walked off. "I'm gonna need it" I said and boarded the bus.

//Mikaela's POV//

"C'mon Sophia we gotta go" I said and zipped up Sophia's pink north face jacket and placed a white fuzzy hat. I zipped up my black peacoat and placed Sophia in the stroller and walked out.

"Hi Mikaela" Hayes, my neighbor said. "Hi Hayes" I said. "Where you off to?" Hayes asked. "Just out and about, how 'bout you?" I asked. "Out to get the mail, would you like to get some coffee together?" Hayes asked. "Sure" I said and we walked out together. "Let me help you" Hayes said and pushed the stroller. "Thank you" I said and we walked down the street.

//Kevin's POV//

I spent the whole day looking for Mikaela.

I stopped at a small café to get a cup of coffee. Winters in Michigan were brutal.

"Hi can I get a cappuccino to go" I said to the cashier. "Coming right up" she said and I took a step back and sat in a booth.

"It was crazy, but I accepted the job" I heard a familiar voice say. I looked up from my phone and saw Mikaela. She was wearing a black pea coat with a pair of velvet coloured jeans with brown boots. Her hair was now a light brown She was standing next to a guy with dark brown hair and a bit of a stubble. He was wearing a black jacket with a pair of grey skinny jeans with black doc martens. He was pushing a baby carriage.

"Mikaela?" I asked and stood up. "K-kevin?" She asked. "I've been looking for you" I said. "Who told you?" Mikaela asked. "Ella" I said. "You need to leave" Mikaela said. "Can we talk?" I asked. "There's nothing to talk about" Mikaela said. "Really? So you're gonna deny that, thats my daughter?" I asked. "This isn't the time or place" Mikaela said. "Then let's talk about it somewhere else" I said. "I don't want to talk about it" Mikalea said sternly. "But I do" I said. "Look Buddy she said no" the guy said. "Nobody's talking to you" I shouted. "Kevin we'll talk about this later, meet me here tomorrow morning and we'll talk" Mikaela said. "Fine" I said taking my coffee and walking out.

//the next day//

I had spent the whole day in the café waiting for Mikaela.

It was four pm when she finally decided to show up.

"Okay let's talk about his whole situation" Mikaela said and sat across from me. "Is the baby mine?" I asked. "Yes, but don't worry I'm not going to ask for your help. She's my daughter" Mikaela said. "It takes two to make a baby" I said. "But it only takes one to raise one" Mikaela said and stood up. "I will fight for this baby" I said. " don't you dare" Mikaela said and gripped onto my shirt," she's daughter. Take her away and you will be sorry. Don't you forget who my brother and father are" Mikaela growled. "I will fight for my daughter" I said. "Leave us, you have a great life you don't need a daughter or wife" Mikaela said. "But i love you" I said. "If you truly love me, leave us alone" Mikaela said and walked out.

"I can't and I won't" I said and let out a deep breath.
