The new maid

CLAYTON?!

I look up at the door to see......Clayton??? I thought they said maid.... "Clayton? I thought they said that there was going to be a maid sharing with me...?" I say putting my hand to my chin "uh yeah... about that... I'm actually trans.." Clayton said, a small hit of fear in his voice.

"Aww! that's amazing!" I smile behind my mask and hug him "thank you for telling me!" I say, grateful that he trusted me enough to tell me. "Thank you..." Clayton mutters "Hm? for what?" I ask him tilting my head "For accepting me..." He says small sobs escaping his mouth. "Hey don't cry, it's alright! I will accept for anything you want to go by!

I smile again behind my mask and close my eyes leaning more into the hug before letting go and sitting down on my bed. "So that, why do we have to wear the masks. And how long do we have to wear them for?" I ask him tilting my head "Oh! yeah that's right, the masks are Miss. Lindsey's idea... because she didn't want to see the butlers and maids faces. Of course, Miss. Maeve disagreed but she got overruled by Miss. Lindsey so we have to wear them, only if you're in the restroom, your bedroom, or Miss. Maeve's room may you take them off" Clayton said explaining it thoroughly, making sure that I understand everything.

"I see, so I can take it off now?" I ask and he nods, I take off the mask and take a deep breath. "Its hard to breath in that thing, how do you get used to it?" I ask and he takes off his mask, looking at clayton I saw that he has blood red eyes and vampire like fangs. "I grew up in the mountains so that's why I was able to get used to it" Clayton said with a smile "Oh... so how long did it take the others?" I ask looking up at him as he brushes a hand through his dark brown locks.

"Hmm I think a few days for many of them, I know Zach took a week" Clayton said with a teasing smile dawned across his face. "Are you a vampire?" I ask Clayton looking at his red eyes "Yep! can you guess what type?" Clayton smiles and chuckles at me. "Hmm... Let me think vampires are split into three different groups, right?" I ask him, putting a hand on my chin "Yep!" He said popping the 'p' "Hmm so... are you a..... Blood vampire?" I ask blood red eyes are often signs of Blood vampires, types of vampires that can ONLY live off of blood. "Nope! here's a hint: It's also known as the 'non-vampires of vampires'" He chuckles again. 

"You're a Ruby vampire?" I ask him and he nods, smiling. Ruby vampires are vampires who were born on a pink moon and usually don't need blood at all to live, it's also rare for one of them to have blood red eyes. "Hmm I've never met a Ruby vampire who has blood red eyes!" I smile again, interested in his eyes.

"If you want interesting eyes than go talk to Zach, he's a Vex 'Snare but has rainbow colored eyes!" Clayton smiles wider and sits next to me. "A Vex' Snare? but shouldn't he be taller and have electricity basically spewing off of him?" I ask Clayton, confused. "Oh... yeah! when he first came, he was like that, but the queen used her magic to turn him more human" Clayton said sighing and laying on my shoulder "you tired?" I ask with a smile and he nod's "Go change in the bathroom Ima change in here" I said to him, and he nods grabbing some clothes from his closet. I grab some nightwear and wait for him to go into the bathroom before changing.
