Naruto's POV:

"Naru, can you check the door? I'll be right there after I'm done with the dishes." I heard Kashi yell out from the kitchen.

"Okay, Kashi," I yell back as I half-skip-half-limped to the door to open it.

I came face to face with a man with two different coloured eyes like Kashi's, one brown and one a purple rinnegan like Sasuke's. Half of his face was wrinkled and his arm on that side was white like that of Shiro Zetsu's. Who the hell is this?! Is he related to Madara? I almost got into a fighting stance. But on second thought I couldn't just let him stand out there drenched in the rain. If he wanted to kill or kidnap me, he would have done it already.

"Is this where Kash-Kakashi lives?" he asked in a low quivering voice.

"Yes. Please come inside. I'll get you a towel and a change of clothes. You're drenched!" I said walking inside the house as normally as I could without limping leaving him in the living room.

"Kakashi sensei! You have a visitor who looks like he's been in the rain for too long. Please make him some tea after you're done with the dishes. I'm gonna get him some of your clothes to change into." I yelled as I ran to his room.

"Okay!" he yelled back.

I rushed back with the towel and clothes and offered them to him. He politely accepted them and I guided him to the guest washroom in our formal living to change. He walked out after he changed while rubbing his hair with the towel. I gestured for him to take a seat and he did.

"I haven't been in Konoha for a long time. I heard Kakashi became Hokage. But I just heard you call him sensei?" he asked confusion marring his half wrinkled face.

"Oh! He was the Jonin sensei of my team before he became Hokage. And the name just stuck," I said with a bright smile.

I'm still wary of this man so I don't go into much detail, like our love life.

"Oh, Kakashi ended up becoming a Jonin sensei..." he smiles and continues, "And you are....? I feel like I've seen you somewhere," he said, the confusion, that made his already weird face weirder, returned to his face.

"You'd know me if you've been in Konoha anytime in the last 18 years," I said scratching my neck sweat dropping.

"I'm Uzumaki Naruto, the jinchuriki of the nine-tailed beast, Kurama." I continued.

"You're that Naruto?! The one who used to paint graffiti all over the Great Stone Faces of Hokages?!" he asked suddenly recognising and pointing an accusing finger at me.

"Uhh hehe... not a memory I'm quite fond of," I said and he burst out into fits of laughter and I joined him.

I feel surprisingly at ease around him even though a gnawing feeling somewhere told me to be wary of him.

"Oh! I forgot to ask. What's you're name nii-san?" I ask mentally face-palming myself for not asking that until now.

"Oh, I'm so sorry! Where are my manners? My name is-"

Crash!

He was interrupted by the crashing sound of something ceramic breaking behind us. We both snapped our heads in that direction to see Kakashi, mask up and dressed, who looked like he had just seen a ghost. I rushed over to him and carefully pulled him away from the broken pieces of the ceramic teapot and cups he had dropped. Aww! Those are the ones I got him for his last birthday- Not the time Naruto! I scold myself looking worriedly at Kakashi. I've never seen him like this. Stressed? Yes. Mad? Yes. Anxious? Yes. Absolutely fucking terrified? Never.
