-Ryan's POV-
It's the day of the tournament. We got Thunder Dome as the challenge. I was able to convince Geoff to let me go first. He is going last against Michael. Jack is going second. According to what Ray said he is able to go first. Hopefully whatever Ray has planned keeps us both alive and together. I love him. He is who I want in my life, no one else. I don't care if I have to leave the team.
"You ready Ryan. You have to go in the ring in less than five minutes." Geoff said.
"I'm ready, and I am going to win."
"Alright. Still, best of luck to you." He said then walked away to where they will be sitting while I am in the ring.
"Hey babe. Your win and you're going to come back to me alive okay? Then we can get married right?" Jack said tearing.
"Don't cry." I said wiping away his tears."
"Tell me you're going to win and that we can get married after."
"I can't tell you that.... no matter that happens out there. I want you to move on and settle down, have a kid and live out your life. Do not through the fight because I don't make it. I wouldn't be able to forgive myself if you did. Promise me okay?"
"Okay. I promise."
"Good. I need to go now."
"I love you Ryan."
"I know."
I entered the ring at the same time as Ray - we entered all dramatic like because that is just the way things are, this could be our final moments of life. Glad he really is facing me and I hope he can explain his plan.
"Fighters, shake hands." The announcer said. So we did.
"Good luck, and just follow my lead. After a few minutes, leave yourself open, I won't hurt you." Ray said in a whisper.
"Alright, I trust you. Good luck." I said, also whispering.
"Good luck to you both. LET THE BATTLE BEGIN!"
-Ray's POV-
It's the day of tournament. Getting ready to leave now. Tina is just make sure I have everything even though I just need my armor, which I am wearing and my sword which is holstered. I guess she is just prolonging our time together. Once we get to the ring, she has to go the audience area.
"Ray please come back to me. Don't leave me. You need to win."
I need to tell her the truth. "Even if I do win, I might not come back to you. I'm sorry. I didn't want things to end up like this they just did."
"I have noticed something has been off with you and you have been distant. I can tell there is someone else, is he a member of Team Gents? I'm not made. I just want to know that you will stay alive. I value your friendship."
"You are the most understanding person I have ever met. You are an amazing women. You deserve someone better than me. I'm lucky that I have had the chance to be your boyfriend. You will always be my best friend. I will come back, I have a plan that ensures it."
"Alright, we better get you the ring then."
We left for the ring and we finally got there we hugged before going our separate ways. I am so happy she was so understanding. She is the most amazing person I have met, if I wasn't so in love with Ryan I would have definitely made her my wife one day. I guess things happens for a reason, because Ryan is my one and only. I know he is.
"Hey Ray. You ready? You're up now." Michael said.
"Yeah. Let's do this." I said.
"Good luck Ray." Michael said and hugged me.
"Thanks."
"Good luck X-Ray." Gavin said and hugged me as well.
"Thanks Vav."
They walked over to there they are going to be watching the fight and I walked in to ring. Ryan and I walked in to the ring at the same time. Revealed that Ryan was able to go first. That means my I can go forth with my plan.
"Fighters, shake hands." The announcer said. So we did.
"Good luck, and just follow my lead. After a few minutes, leave yourself open, I won't hurt you." I said in a whisper.
"Alright, I trust you. Good luck." Ryan said, also whispering.
"Good luck to you both. LET THE BATTLE BEGIN!"
