Lynix's POV
I wake up after my well-rested 5-hour nap, which was very refreshing, my eyes shift to look at my desk where my computer is, I'm finally gonna Google what the hell is wrong with me. I get up off my comfortable bed walk over to my laptop sit in my sort of uncomfortable spiny chair and go to my trusty Google that always seems to tell me I'm going to die. I type in 'What does it mean when someone is spewing out blood and flowers'
When I searched it, a website popped up called. Hanahaki Disease? I click on the website and read the writing on the website, hoping it's nothing bad... Oh, how I wish I was wrong.
'The Hanahaki Disease is an illness born from, where the patient's throat will with flowers, they will then proceed to throw, and the petals, (sometimes even the flowers). One of the only ways for the disease to 'disappear' is if, the said person returns the feeling (it can't be resolved with friendship, it has to be genuine feelings of love). The infection can also be removed through surgery, though the feelings disappear along with the petals. If they choose options, or the feeling is not returned in time, then the patient's lungs will fill up with flowers, and will eventually suffocate.'
Then his eyes lay on a specific statement that makes his breath hitch slightly and shiver at the thought.
'The length of the disease varies with each person. On average, it will last up to 2 or 3 months, but sometimes it'll only last a couple of weeks
"EXCUSE ME? I'M GONNA BE LIKE THIS FOR 2 OR 3 MONTHS!? Also. Who the hell would I like? That's so great. I'm gonna suffocate. JUST HOW I WANTED TO DIE!" I yell angrily to myself. What was this nonsense? I don't like anyone... I think. Ok maybe I do but shut up! It's just his eyes. There... So hard not to notice. Argh. I'm getting distracted! Focus Lynix. Focus.
I take a deep breath and look back at the screen. What even is this? I may as well dig my grave. I ain't confessing my love I'd rather suffocate and die...
As I glance back and forth to the computer screen and my room my anger disappears to be replaced with panic.
The mere thought of having the access to breath taken away because of some flowers stuck in his throat... I need to tell someone.
I look at the tab list to see who is on.
Rage, Kiply, Liger, Flufftapes, and Doni... Great. Just what I needed. Not only is he the last person I wanna see on he is also the cause of this dumb shit! I mean I can't blame him.. I'm the one who stupidly fell for his evilly cute laugh. Majestic scary green eyes. Everything about him. My heart flushes and loops when I see him.
I don't even mind if he trolls me...
I sigh, pressing the button on the computer before closing it and standing up from my chair.
Deciding Flufftapes would be the best option if I didn't wanna get gaslighted into thinking it's nothing...
I go over to my chest grabbing some stuff before heading outside of his house where he finds... Doni... This day keeps getting better and better...
"Hiya Lynix~" he says with his evil yet teasing smile on his face, his posture leaning down slightly and his hands behind his back, seemingly trying to look innocent...
"What do you want Doni?" I ask glaring at him but he just chuckles.
"Nothing..." He replies before he winks at me and disappears into thin air...
This Duck is gonna be the death of me... Literally.
I take a deep breath and shake off my paranoid state of his sudden disappearance.
I had bigger problems...
I go up the small green hill to Flufftapes House where he was farming peacefully, humming to himself with complete bliss.
I quickly get up the hill and smile at Flufftapes with a small wave as he glances at me, noticing my presence.
"Oh Hey Lynix. What brings you here to my house?" he asks as he puts some of his farmed crops into his farm chest before looking at me for my response. I fidget with my hands before replying to his question, obviously nervous.
"I need to talk to you about something. Important..."
*Cutely leaves y'all on a cliffhanger and runs away*
