Tejasswi ’s pov

I was with steffi when karan  came to us

“Can i take my wife back steffi ?” Karan  asked and she nodded and left from there

“let’s have dinner Tejasswi .. come”

“Main dinner nhi krti !” I said quickly and he looked at me confusedly

“mujhe aadat nhi hai !”

“Aaj se daal lo !” He held my hand

“Karan  mujhe sach mein nhi hai aadat raat ko khane ki !” He folded his hands across his chest

“Aadat nhi hai ya unhone khana nhi diya tha ?” He asked and i looked at him

“Tejasswi .. pls.. stop thinking abt ur past life.. and trust ke now you’re gonna love ur life !” He said and held my hand

“and pls.. agar tumhe shaadi ke doosre din hi vidva nhi hona hai na toh khana kha lo !” He said.. hain ? I was so confused

“K..kya ?” I asked

“Agar mom ko pta chala..ki unki beti ne khana nhi khaya hai.. toh meri jaan le lungi voh ! Aur mujhe meri jaan bhut pyaari hai !” I somehow stopped myself from laughing at him

Karan’s pov

I smiled looking at her suppressing her laughter.. I’ll make sure to make her life like this.. full of happiness and laughter..

“Chalein ?” I asked and she nodded.. i took her to where mom dad and sanket were sitting already and we all had our dinner.. we went back to our rooms and she quickly went to change into comfortable clothes.. she came out and i also changed quicky.. i picked up the pillow from couch and she looked at me

“sleep on the bed”

“Main yahan so jaungi na” she argued back

“Normally husband and wife bed share krte hain ! So.. you’ll sleep on the bed madam !” I answered

“Are you sure” i nodded and we went towards the bed

“umm karan  ?” I hummed

“main kal apni frnd se milne jaun ?”

“Tejasswi ..listen this isn’t your uncle's house now jahan har cheez ke liye you have to ask for permission.. jahan jaana hai jao..just be careful.. driver ko bol de jahan jaana hai he’ll take you.. and bs ghr pe inform kr diyo.. mind my word..inform…bot ask for permission!” I answered honestly

“and now be comfortable in this house..it belongs to u as well” she just nodded and lied down on the bed.. she dozed of quickly but I wasn’t feeling sleepy.. so i slept a little later


I woke up in the morning and saw Karan  sleeping peacefully.. I didn’t disturb him and quickly grabbed clothes and went to get freshened up and wore a cute chikankari kurti and just applied lip balm.. i went down to drink water

“Good morning bhabhi” sanket came in and i smiled

“Good morning..” i said

“Well.. do you mind making coffee for me !?” I shook my head

“thanks ! Main bhai ko utha ke aata hun !” He went out while i prepared coffee for everyone.. mom came in

“Good morning Tejasswi ” she said

“Good Morning au..” she glared at me

“maa” she smiled

“coffee ?” She nodded and i handed over her a cup pf coffee..

“main uncl..” she glared at me again

“papa..ko de ke aati hun” she nodded and i went to his room and knocked.. i heard a ‘come in’ so i went in and saw him sitting on a chair

“Arey Tejasswi ..beta aao na ! Baitho” i shook my head

“Nhi voh main bs aapke liye coffee lai thi..” he took the coffee

“You okay now Tejasswi  ?” I nodded and he smiled.. i came out of the room and went to our room.. i went in

“Sanket agar tu ab chup nhi hua na toh maine tera murder kr dena hai !” I heard karan  scowling..they both looked at me

“isko kyu aane diyo subah subah kamre mein Tejasswi  !” He asked with sleepy eyes and sanket got up and came to me !

“Bhabhi and me are a team !” She wrapped his arm around my neck !

“Sanket..tumhari coffee..” he took the cup

“Thanks bhabhi ! And teach ur husband how not to scowl every time !”

“Kutta!” Sanket went out and karan  shouted from the room while i suppressed my laughter

karan’s pov

I quickly got freshened up and came out.. Tejasswi  came in with coffee and i took it..i took a sip and goddd.. it was so tasty

“Nice coffee” i complimented and she smiled a little.. we went down and after having Breakfast ..i left for ofc

Tejasswi ’s pov

It was afternoon when i decided to finally go to meet unnati..i informed mom and then mom told driver to drop me off and i left for the cafe to meet unnati

I went in and saw unnati sitting there already..

“Unnati..” i called and she got up and hugged me quickly !
