Karan ’s pov
I quickly got ready and went down taking my blazer.. we all had our breakfast and today.. Tejasswi and me left together while sanket and dad were in their respective cars.. After reaching.. i quickly took the back door and the private elevator to my ofc.. we reached the 16th floor.. i held Tejasswi’s hand and stepped out
“Good morning sir..good morning ma’am..” receptionist greeted and we nodded.. we went into my cabin and i made Tejasswi sit on my chair.. while she looked at me with confused expression.. i kneeled down to be on her level
“Welcome again.. mrs Kundrra” i said and she smiled
“Kya kr rhe ho tum!?” She asked and i sighed
“Kuch bhi nhi” I answered
“Toh hun timepass krne aaye hain ofc ?” I shook my head and played with the strand of her hair..
“You know Tejasswi.. i m thankful to priya.. ki voh bhaag gyi.. I couldn’t be any more happier than i am now.. with you..”
“But main toh aisa kuch kiya bhi nhi..aur na hi mere ps tumhe.. ya mom dad ko dene ke liye kuch hai.. Infact I should be thankful to you guys.. for being so sweet.. so cooperative..so friendly..i should be thanking you.. that you gave us a chance.. and I finally got a family.. with mom and dad.. jinka pyaar mujhe kbhi nhi mila..” a tear rolled down her eyes and i wiped it off
“Mom dad tere aane ke baad bhut khush hain Tejasswi.. you are not their daughter-in-law.. you are their daughter.. sanket ki best friend.. and mera toh sab kuch..” i said and she hugged me tightly.. i parted the hug and kissed her and she reciprocated immediately.. this was the first.. wild kiss.. we parted and Tejasswi stood up..
“Okay ! I think you should focus on the work..and i would..” i raised my eyebrow and sat on my chair
“look at you” i smiled and pulled her on my lap !
“Karan I’m serious..office aaye ho toh kaam toh kr lo.. aur vse bhi.. koi bhi aa skta hai yhn”
“You think..ma’am.. meri permission ke bina koi andar ni aa skta” she nodded roamed in my ofc.. while i checked some files..
“Main canteen ja rhi hun kuch khaane ke liye lene” i nodded and she went out
Sanket’s pov
I went into the canteen and saw bhabhi there.. i know she would be getting bored.. so i caller bhai
“Hello bhai..” he hummed.. maybe he was working on some files
“main bhabhi ko leke paas wale cafe ja rha hun.. bore ho jayengi voh aapke cabin mein” he hummed again and i rolled my eyes and ended the call and went to bhabhi..
“hello bhabhs !” She turned around
“chalo..”
“Kahan ?” She asked me and i held her hand and took her out.. i opened the car door for her and she sat in.. i sat on the driver’s seat and drove to nearby cafe..
“Yahan !” We went in and took our seats
“ab batao ! What’s going on ?”
“Matlab ?” She asked me
“You and bhai..? Arranged marriage into love marriage huh ?” She smiled and looked up..
“I don’t know.. honestly.. it’s all new for me..” she said and i smiled
“Have you guys kissed yet” she frowned
“Do you even know apne devar ke saath yeh conversation krna kitna awkward hai !” She said and i chuckled
“So you have ! How was it” she blushed and looked away
“okay chalo.. let me tell you about bhai !” She rose her eyebrows
“you know.. ofc mein kya kya baatein hoti hain?” She shook her head
“that he is a devil.. he is ruthless.. he is workaholic.. he doesn’t deserve a family.. he can’t love someone !”
“But they don’t know him” she said with a smile and i nodded with a smile
“Abhi toh unhone ruthlessness hi nhi dekhi hai unki !” She nodded
“Voh toh maine bhi nhi dekhi..” she paused for a second
“don’t you think you should stop him from this.. i mean.. it can risk hi life”
“He likes taking risks..and i know it.. no point of trying to make him understand!” I reasoned and she nodded
After having coffee and getting sandwiches packed for karan .. We Left the cafe.. we got in the private elevator to karan ’s cabin’s floor.. the elevator opened and bhabhi stepped out while i waved my hand and went down to my cabin
