The Date

In Class

Soo Young looks around. "Where is he?"

Eunji flips a page in her book. "Who?"

Soo Young sighs. "Taeyung."

Eunji nods. "Oh."

Soo Young crosses her arms. "You know what? He stopped giving me refreshments while you were gone."

Eunji hums. "Um hmm."

Soo Young frowns. "But yesterday, he gave them to me again in class. I don't know what's going on with him."

Eunji stays focused on her book. "Okay, okay."

Soo Young pouts. "Fine. If you're not interested, I won't talk about him."

Eunji grins. "Perfect."

Soo Young rolls her eyes.

Eunji smirks. "I can see you rolling your eyes."

Soo Young gasps. "Ahh, sorry."

Eunji chuckles.

Soo Young gasps again. "You're smiling. It's been a long time since I've seen you smile."

Then she claps her hands. "Oh right! I need to call Sehun."

Eunji blinks. "You still haven't called him?"

Soo Young shrugs. "Nah, but I will. Don't worry."

Eunji sighs. "Ahh, give me the phone. I'll call him."

Soo Young gasps. "Really?"

Eunji nods. "Hmm."

Soo Young quickly hands her the phone.

Eunji unlocks it and freezes. "God, he's your wallpaper?"

Soo Young grins. "Yesssss!"

Eunji shakes her head. "Fine, dial his number

 On the Call

Sehun picks up. "Hello? Who is this?"

Eunji speaks firmly. "Sehun."

Sehun pauses. "Eunji? Hi."

Eunji stays serious. "Listen. My friend likes you, and she wants to go on a date with you. So meet her at the restaurant near our college, okay?"

Soo Young nudges her. "Don't threaten him."

Eunji rolls her eyes. "I'm not."

Sehun chuckles. "Okay, fine. But what's her name?"

Eunji answers. "Soo Young."

Sehun thinks. "I think I know her. Alright."

At that moment, Taehyung enters the classroom. He hears Eunji's last words.

Eunji confirms, "So, restaurant near our college, 6 PM Date. Be ready."

Sehun replies, "Okay. Bye."

Call ends.

Soo Young jumps excitedly. "Yesssssss!"

Taehyung, standing nearby, sees Eunji holding Soo Young's phone. He notices the wallpaper—Sehun. He assumes it's Eunji's phone and thinks she is going on a date with Sehun.

His eyes darken.  Without saying anything, he walks to his seat.

Soo Young frowns. "What's up with him?"

Eunji looks up. "What?"

Soo Young points. "He was about to meet us, but then he just walked away."

Eunji shrugs. "Who?"

Soo Young sighs. "Taehyung, just now."

Eunji closes her book. "I'm going to the canteen."

Soo Young grabs her bag. "Yah! Wait for me!"

Taehyung's POV

I saw Eunji talking on the phone. I heard her mention a date at 6 PM at a restaurant near our college. I don't know why, but I didn't like it. I walked toward her, but then I saw her phone's wallpaper—it was Sehun.

It's confirmed. Eunji is going on a date with Sehun.

I feel... angry. I don't know why. Without thinking, I run back to my seat.

Taehyung mutters, "God, what's so special about Sehun?"

Woo Sik glances at him. "What are you talking about?"

Taehyung sighs. "I just heard that Eunji is going on a date with Sehun."

Woo Sik's eyes widen. "Whoa, really? Eunji on a date? That's a miracle."

Taehyung blurts, "Let's go too."

Woo Sik blinks. "What?"

Taehyung stammers, "Oh, I-I mean... Let's go to the restaurant near our college."

Woo Sik squints. "Why?"

Taehyung forces a weird smile. "Because I want to."

Woo Sik looks confused. "O...kay? What time?"

Taehyung answers quickly. "6 PM."

Woo Sik shrugs. "Alright."
