"Yes." I say.
"I'm pleased to announce that you have earned your first number one hit!" Ethan says.
"What?!" I ask.
"Happy debuted at number one." Ethan says, showing his phone to me.

"You aren't excited, it took you 12 years to get this!" Ethan says.
"I know but since that whole beef ended I realized I don't need a number one. I have so many other things to be grateful for. It's just a chart, it was never as serious as I made it seem. It was childish." I say.
"Oh my. Is this character development?" Ethan asks.
I laugh and he smiles. He walks away and my phone rings. I take it out of my pocket and answer the FaceTime call.
"Hey." I say.
"I just heard the news. Congratulations." Hailee says.
"I'm not all that excited." I say.
"Huh? Why not?!" Hailee asks.
"I've had so many other good things come my way. I'm not worried about a chart anymore." I say.
"Besides, I think I already got my number one. A lifetime number one." I say.
"What that?" She asks.
"You. You're my number one." I say.
"Oh stop." She says blushing.
I laugh and she smiles.
"I gotta go but good luck at your show tonight. I love you." She says.
"I love you too." I say.
