ᴄʜᴀᴘᴛᴇʀ ᴛᴡᴇʟᴠᴇ

Junior assists me in getting up, and I thank him. As my breathing calmed, I informed him, and junior nodded and hugged me so tightly that I felt he didn't want to let me go.

I'd been wanting to cry out for a long time, and I felt like I needed and wanted to cry in junior's arms. I'd never felt this way about junior before because we'd both loathed one other for a long time.

I did nothing but cry, "I can't take this any longer," I wailed as he brushed my head, "I'm sorry junior!" "I'm so sorry," I wailed.

He mumbled in my ear, "it's okay...it's okay."

My eyes were swollen and red from sobbing on the drive home, and I didn't believe junior had ever seen me feel this way.

I apologized because I blamed myself, and I wasn't even injured on the day of Lexi's party, although junior was, and my ailment was minor compared to junior's, who was hurt and couldn't even run or compete in his nationals.

I got home and i fell asleep.

[TIME SKIP]

I came at school and sat in class, seeing junior, Jake, Devon, and Lexi seated together, but junior was alone at an empty table.

Miss Evans stated before the teacher began her class, "Rachel Fairchild, you are under arrest for the murders of Megan McVey, Oliver Hayden, and detective Sean Peyton."

My pupils dilated. " What?" "What are you joking?" Miss F said as the officers placed handcuffs on her. As Lexi and I stood up, she looked at Miss Evans.

"Mom," Deven says, "she didn't do it!" Devon said, "Lower your voice," to which she responded, "How do you know she didn't do it?" Miss Evans inquired, "because I just know," Devon responded as she nodded and exited the room.

Except for me and Junior, everyone else fled out.

I stare at him, take my books, and walk out of the room, passing Devon's mother, who was looking troubled.

"Everyone back to class," a teacher said as we filed back in, but as I turned around, I noticed Junior staring at Lexi, Jake, me, and Devon.

I believe he knows something we don't, or that he is attempting to figure out what we were doing.

"We should have told them about Chucky," Devon said, "really?" Lexi answered, "because I've always wanted to be institutionalized."

" And how about you?" "Lexi's right," said jake "We shouldn't tell anyone. we need to find and kill him," Jake advised.
