The next morning I was woken up by my phone ringing

I slowly sat up and it was jughead calling me

"Hello?" I say in a raspy voice sense I had just woken up

"Hey you need to go to the hospital Archie's das has been shot" jughead said over the phone In a hurried voice

"Okay I'm on my way" I say hanging up the phone

I may not like northsiders but I had been friends with Archie when we was kids his dad was like my second dad as we got older we grew apart and I split ways I went to south side while Archie and jughead went to north side but that still doesn't mean I don't care about Archie and fred

I got up and got dressed and heard Lily crying she must had woken up

I walked out and picked her up "hey baby" I say as she calmed down

"Sweets!" I say hitting sweet pea with a pillow

"I'm going to the hospital I'm taking Lily with me" I say

"Okay but why?" He asked still half asleep

"Fred andrews has been shot" I say as I got Lily dressed

He nodded understandably knowing i was grew up e with them

I pulled togeather some stuff for Lily and gave her a small cup that had strawberries and bananas sense I didn't have time to get her anything else

I put Lily in her seat and buckled her in putting the bag of her stuff infront of her

I drove to the hospital got there and grabbed Lily and her stuff and walked in

I seen that jughead Veronica lodge and Betty cooper was there along with there parents

I walked in with Lily on my lips

"Hey" jughead said coming up to me hugging me quickly

"Hey" I say softly

"Uncle jug" Lily said doing grabby hands with jughead noticed and picked her up and place her on his hip

I went over to Archie

"Hey arch" I say making my self known to him

"Hey char" he replied

"How's your dad?" I asked sorrowful

"He's in surgery I'm waiting to see if he's gonna be okay" he replied then looked down

I nodded patting his shoulder

I sat down on the other side of jughead Lily crawled back onto my lap

"Who's this little one" Veronica said trying to lighten up the mood a little

"Another new serpent yous just keep spreading like wild fire" Alice commented

"Mom!" Betty said making her mother look saying what?

"It's fine Betty" I say ignoring what Alice had to say"and this little one is Lily,Lily this is Veronica say hi"

Lily looks at Veronica and smiled "hi!" Lily said cheerfully

Veronica smiled at the little girl seeing how sweet she was

After the little meeting between Veronica and Lily Archie decided to explain what had happend

"I came out of the bathroom and there was this man,theif, wearing this hood with a gun at pop gates" Archie said "and then he pointed it at my dad and he fired"

"Oh my god Archie" Veronica said

"And then he" Archie said but stopped

"And then he what?" Veronica asked

"And then he bolted" archie replied "I was holding my dad,pop Tate called an ambulance and it didn't come so I drove here and I don't know mabey I should have waited mabey I made it worse"

"No dude are you kidding me?" Jughead said putting an arm on Archie "you saved your dads life first Cheryl and now your dad if you keep this up your gonna need a superhero name like pure heart the powerful"

I smiled I'm glad jughead and Archie was atleast still close

"There isn't any new information your dads in surgery" Alice said "he's gonna be there for a while"

Hermione lowered herself down to Archie grabbing onto his arm "Archie have you spoken to your mother about any of this yet?"

"No,no I haven't called her" Archie replied then got up "I'll be right back"

Alice sighed and gave jughead a death stare

"What?" Jughead questioned confused

"Mom" Betty said shaking her head "do not start this"

"Start what?" Jughead asked

"Well Ofcourse I can't help but wonder if you and your sisters southside associates had anything to do with what happend to fred" Alice said

I gotta admit I was affended by that the southside is capable of a lot but not shooting someone and running away

"Alice if you think a serpent shot fred then your very wrong" I say defending me and the southside

"How can i believe a serpent girl who got knocked up by another serpent" Alice asked

I scoff "wow you really had nothing else to pick on so you go for the juggler?" I say

"Unbelievable" jughead said "at least you can't accuse my father of being the shooter considering he's in jail"

"Oh my god"Veronica said sitting back further into her seat  "I can't handle this"

After a while I was still sat in my seat with Lily asleep on my lap until the sheriff walked in

I carefully sat up to keep Lily asleep not wanting her to be away right now

"Sherif" Archie said

"How's your dad doin" sherif Keller asked

"He's still in surgery"Veronica answered

"Archie I know this is a hell of a time for you but perhaps we could go somewhere and talk about what happend" the sheriff asked

"Is it cool if I tagged along?" Jughead asked

"Actually if you don't min" the sherif was cut off my Archie

"Yeah that'd be great jug" Archie said

"Alright" I say "jug I'm gonna head back"

Jughead just nodded

"Bye guys" I say walking out with Lily in my arms still asleep

I got back to me and sweet peas trailer and Lily had woken up

"I'm back" I say placing Lily in the small but roomy gated areas with some toys of hers so she didn't get bored

I had not answer so I figured sweet pea was gone with fangs and Toni

I took this as an opportunity to clean the place up and change into a comfyer outfit

I was in my room I had just changed when i hear the front door open and someone walked in I didn't know who it was until Lily said somthing

"Daddy!" Lily said I walked out

"Hey princess" sweet pea said picking Lily up and putting her on his hip placing a small kiss on the top of her head

"Hey pea" I say walking out

"Hey babe" he says when he saw me "how's me.andrews?"

"He's in surgery" I said "they think he's gonna be there for a while"

He nodded

After that we just hung around the trailer I was waiting on a update on fred witch I finally did he was out of surgery and was stable
