"Mum, daddy." I say gripping Luke's hand tightly in mine. He could sense I was tense so he rubbed little circles on my hand with his thumb.
"Loren Hudson, you had no right to say what you said in that office and had no right to just up and leave, with Luke as well. Young man, do you know how worried your parents are?" My mother says turning her attention to the boy next to me.
"No I don't Mrs. Berry-Hudson and no disrespect I honestly don't care. You know why? Its because the girl I love is so focused on her music that she doesn't notice that every move she makes causes me to fall more in love with her everyday. When she asked me to come with her. I thought maybe I'd get to tell her how I felt and then she'd tell me if she felt the same, but no I come all the way out here for a damned wedding. So no Mrs. Berry-Hudson, I don't know how worried my parents are because I simply don't care." My parents just kind of stare at him for a few moments. It was awkward silence until I spoke up.
"Luke, I need to do something." I said as he turned to me, I crashed my lips against his and he wrapped his arms around me.
"Excuse me, sorry to interpret this little love fest but the two of you need to go home. Now." My dad says.
"Yes daddy." I say dragging Luke to the car. He holds my hand most of the way back to Loser Lima, Ohio.
"Loren, when we get home, you are grounded and you will only be allowed to do things with Lucas and the glee club along with the friends in Glee Club. Understood?"
"Yes, mother." I roll my eyes. I end up falling asleep against Luke again.
"Lo, we're home. Its also time for school, so run and change. Get your bags and your dad is going to drive us." Luke says softly in my ear. I jump at these words and run and change. In less than 10 minutes, I was running back downstairs to see Luke and my dad talking.
"Okay boys, time to go." I say hopping into the back seat.
-Skip car ride & School Day-
"So hello all of you. We will be having 3 performances today and then also practicing. As you should know this weeks lesson is about falling in love, crushing, or being in love. We have a set list for Invitationals and first up . Heather Lopez." I smiled as my friend took the stage, she sang a song called First Love by Jennifer Lopez .
"Next we have Loren Hudson." I stood up, flattening my shirt and taking my stand.
"Okay, yes there is a person who this song is dedicated to, but I'm not about to say and Haz, you ready." She nods. I look to Brady.
